The model “Lean Management Made in Vietnam 5S” has been successfully researched, developed and applied by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh for many years. This is a tectonic model on the basis of Made in Vietnam Lean Management Thinking technology, helping Vietnamese businesses and organizations to apply effectively and quickly into practice. The model has also been registered for intellectual property in Vietnam and internationally.
On the first day of the program, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh has discovered new knowledge and differences of Made in Vietnam 5S compared to Japan 5S, based on Made in Vietnam Lean Management Technology, 5S can really help Vietnamese people to apply and deploy in businesses, families and with yourself.
