Made in Vietnam Lean Management System was taught and applied by hundreds enterprises including Truong Hai Auto Corporation (largest domestic auto assembler), Le Group (component supplier to Japanese motorcycle firms), Hai Phong JSC (sender of Vietnamese technical interns to Japan), and Julie Sandlau Vietnam (Danish silver accessory manufacturer), Manutronic (electronic component supplier)…etc.

 

The foundation of this model is TAM THE, and then is Lean Thinking Lean strategy, Business Model. On top of the model are productivity tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management…etc.
