GKM Management Technology Elevating the Five Core Sectors of Made by Vietnam Industries 2026

Tam The Deeply Embedded in MBV Education, MBV Industry, MBV Agriculture,
MBV Tourism, and MBV Healthcare
Creating Good People with Total Capacity before Creating Excellent Products and Services
Every year on June 10, entrepreneurs within GKM Group who have been applying MIV Finest Management Technology call this special occasion “GKM Tam The in Full Force – MBV Five Core Sectors Day.” In the inspiring atmosphere of Vietnam’s new era of national rise, on June 10, 2026, in Hanoi, GKM Group and the MBV International Alliance successfully organized a strategic reinforcement program entitled MIV Finest Management CEO Reinforcement for MBV Entrepreneurs of the Five Core Sectors: Looking Back and Moving Forward on the Journey of Building Strong Vietnamese Enterprises in the New Era.
The event marked a historic milestone where leaders of key MBV enterprises gathered to reflect on the past, renew their understanding for the future, and ignite the aspiration to establish Vietnam’s intellectual sovereignty on the international stage.
Under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Founder of the Made in Vietnam Creation Gene System, comprising Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology and Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology, the program opened a profound macro-level dialogue. Throughout the panel sessions, the picture of a self-reliant national economy was fully portrayed through the interconnection of five strategic sectors known as the Five Core Sectors: Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, and Healthcare. Although MBV enterprises in the Five Core Sectors differ in professions, products, and services, they share the same GKM gene system. They are able to connect, support, and reinforce one another, jointly developing total capacity for managers, improving enterprise operational effectiveness, and advancing the “Go Global” journey both in Vietnam and internationally.

As the origin of all solid development, the morning reinforcement session reaffirmed the foundational philosophy of the GKM Gene System: “Creating good people with total capacity before creating excellent products and services.”

Education is not merely a shell of degrees and certificates. It must be a process of cultivating Tam The across three essential spaces: the family, the school, and the enterprise. Through proven practices from university models implemented at enterprise sites, as well as the MIV Finest Management “Khoi Ke Phat” Program for young future managers, the MBV Five Core Sectors Alliance proudly declared that it is ready to prepare a generation of elite successors. This helps thoroughly address the concern of generational disruption and provides a long-term assurance for the sustainability of both families and enterprises.

According to Manager Le Thi Huong from Windtech Vietnam, classroom learning and knowledge transmission are only the starting point. What matters most is continuous practice and reflection after returning to the daily working environment.

With the spirit of “chewing rice and porridge thoroughly,” every lesson must be repeated, absorbed deeply, and transformed into habit. Thanks to this persistence, Windtech has developed a team capable of fulfilling high-standard orders from demanding markets such as South Korea and Japan. At the same time, the company has formed a culture of coordination and mutual support, instead of blame-shifting or fragmented responsibility.

According to Manager Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, CEO of Thieu Do Garment Enterprise, the world is setting a measurement system in which human value is often assessed by the material wealth a person owns. The GKM Gene System and the lens of MIV Finest Management Technology help managers quantify human capacity through more human-centered measures, such as the management category of Tam The and one’s contributions to society and future generations.

She expressed great joy at GKM’s hard-earned achievements in the mission of developing total capacity for the human system. These achievements are clearly reflected in better-managed products and services created by the people directly involved in their development.

Dr. Nguyen Dang Toan, Director of GKM EDU, shared: “GKM Education provides holistic reinforcement for MBV enterprises through the foundation of the GKM Gene System, together with models that have been created, applied, and successfully implemented with partners. Step by step, GKM Education is becoming an extended arm for developing high-quality human resources for enterprises and the nation, while gradually reducing a series of existing wastes within individual enterprises and across the closed value chain as a whole.”

Manager Tran Trong Giap expressed his appreciation for the fact that all four members of his family can now understand, communicate, and accompany one another more easily in life, thanks to sharing the same value system and educational language of GKM. With a view toward family succession and career development, the next generation in Mr. Giap’s family is participating in programs at GKM Group and applying MIV Finest Management Technology and MIV Finest Education Technology in both study and work from the early years of university.

Mr. Mai Dinh Luc, Production Director of Bao Minh Confectionery Company, stated:

“The team of managers at Bao Minh consistently maintains Tam The in full force every day. We practice consistently and continuously revisit and renew the teachings of Professor Minh. These positive transformations have contributed to improving operational effectiveness and have generated increasingly visible results through the five values of Safety, Quality, Profitability, Productivity, and Environment.”

Joining the GKM Gene Reinforcement Day, Viettel Construction Corporation was represented by several members of its leadership team. Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Mr. Le Quang Thanh, Head of Communications, recalled what he had shared two years earlier in an interview with the National Assembly Television Channel. He emphasized that Tam The is a daily matter at VCC, from management meetings and internal briefings to frontline employees. Step by step, it helps educate and develop the human system, contributing to the corporation’s outstanding achievements over the past several years. These transformations are reflected in the enterprise’s growth, from VND 6 trillion to more than VND 16 trillion in revenue, with a target of reaching VND 30 trillion in the 2025–2030 period.

Mr. Doan Trung Thuy, Chairman of Thai Duong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, shared sincerely that with the spirit of “learning to the point of application,” he has persistently applied and integrated Tam The related content on management activities over the past ten years. At the same time, he has actively trained and spread MIV Finest Management Technology to the management team within his Thai Duong company, clearly demonstrating the role of an entrepreneur who is also an enterprise-based educator.

With proven results from the system of universities at the enterprise sites and the Made in Vietnam Finest Succession Officer (FSO) program for junior managers, the MBV Five Pillar Alliance proudly declared that it has prepared a generation of elite successors, completely solving the fear of generational disruption and ensuring the longevity of families and enterprises.

Building upon the foundation of elite human resources, the afternoon session invited managers to use the lens of Gene 2 to look directly into the value chains of Agriculture, Tourism, and Healthcare. These are absolute advantages that history and nature have bestowed upon our country.

Through Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology, key enterprises have identified and eliminated invisible waste costs, thereby completing and closing their supply chains. Proven value-chain development models have demonstrated that when Vietnamese people are aligned in management awareness, we are fully capable of transforming traditional agricultural products into national products, turning landscapes into educational tourism heritage, and creating healthcare environments that bring absolute peace of mind.

Over the past more than three years, together with the Root Team, Ms. Ngo Thi Tinh, general director of Bao Minh Confectionery Company, has persistently applied MIV Finest Management Technology across all levels of managers in the enterprise, from roots to trunk, branches, and leaves. The company has continued to develop with increasing solidity. Like lotus flowers, this sustainable development will continue to bloom when it is constantly nurtured and improved.

Bao Minh always identifies people as the most important factor. Developing total capacity for people is the decisive factor behind every success. Elements such as processes, technology, and technical systems can only be used effectively when operated by people with strong total capacity.

The climax of the event came during the reinforcement session on industry and the “Go Global” strategy. Vietnamese industry is courageously breaking the “glass ceiling” of mindset in order to move beyond the outsourcing trap. With the strategy of “adding one more strategic leg,” key MBV mechanical enterprises are not only maintaining production capacity but are also boldly stepping into research and development while taking ownership of technology. The achievements at the Nagoya Exhibition 2026 in Japan served as the most powerful proof. At one of the world’s leading industrial centers, Vietnamese enterprises engaged in equal dialogue, established the 2.0 Business Cooperation Model with G7 corporations, and proudly brought Vietnamese intelligence to the global stage.

Managers of the Key MBV Mechanical Alliance always reinforce one another and jointly create increasingly refined core mechanical products. Step by step, they are conducting research and production of key mechanical products in fields such as agriculture and national infrastructure construction.

The program concluded with the final convergence session carrying the message “Bọc Xoay Nâng” (Reinforce, Rotate, and Elevate).

In this session, all five pieces of the Five Core Sectors were interwoven into a self-reliant ecosystem. When education serves as the launchpad, industry acts as the steel frame of support, and agriculture, tourism, and healthcare beat together in one rhythm of mutual reinforcement, the MBV Alliance is fully prepared in Tam The for a great breakthrough.

We respectfully wish all Managers the strength to maintain the flame of steadfastness, persistence, resilience, and patience so that they may continuously create products and services embodying the Five Core Values.

The journey of national rise under the name “Made by Vietnam,” made by Vietnamese hands, created by Vietnamese intelligence, and driven by Vietnamese courage, continues to shine with firm and confident steps into the future.

Deep reflections from Mr. Vu Ngoan Hop (Chairman of the Vietnam Exhibition and Event Association, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Corporate Culture Development Association, People’s Artist)

“…It is truly a profound and inspiring experience. As someone who always ponders and dedicates a lot of enthusiasm to the development of corporate culture as well as international trade promotion activities, I see in this forum not just ordinary management lessons but a Gene System, opening a path for a generation of self-reliant, self-strengthening Vietnamese enterprises to break through globally.

…The forum has transcended the framework of a regular business administration training course to approach a management and educational technology bearing the identity of Vietnamese people. The philosophies distilled by GKM and MBV have extremely high practicality, solving the root of the internal strength problem of domestic enterprises.

…Doing business without culture and a guiding philosophy is blind business. A nation without self-reliant, world-class products is a dependent nation. If many Vietnamese businesses know, understand, and follow these finest philosophies, the country will certainly develop outstandingly. I send my full strategic trust and highest respect to the Organizing Committee, to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, and to the entire team of experts from GKM and MBV International. You are not just doing business; you are doing management science based on national spirit and profound patriotism. The slogan ‘Creating good people before creating good products’ is the peak humanistic philosophy of modern management.

With my position and current roles in the corporate culture development and trade promotion community, I express my strong desire to accompany GKM and MBV International in the long term to

Spread the philosophy: Inspire Tam The and The Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology to reach a wider business community, especially Vietnamese corporate alliance structures that are eager to standardize their management systems.
Connect resources: Synergize and intertwine in upcoming empowerment programs, corporate culture forum activities, and international trade connection programs (supply chain connection, import-export, and international cooperation)
Co-create: Accompany and promote the development of elite, world-class “Made by Vietnam” products and services, contributing to bringing the country into the era of the great national ascension

I wish the Managers to always keep the flame of Consistency, Persistence, Resilience, and Patience burning.
See you again, MBV Five Pillar Managers, in the next empowerment programs!

FULL TAM THE!
