A. WHO IS THE COACH OF FMO PROGRAM

The teaching method of FMO program is coaching and led by Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh and his team. Dr. Minh graduated with a Master degree at the University of Tokyo, and Doctorate in Management Business Administration University of Nagoya, Japan. He owns 8 years of experience in the head office Japanese Toyota Corporation as a specialist and Project leader implementing Finest Management. He is currently an expert in teaching and consulting Made in Vietnam Management for not only Vietnamese companies, but also international companies in Vietnam including Japanese companies.

B. SOME DIFFERENTIAL POINTS OF THE PROGRAM

• FMO program is designed on the foundation of Made in Vietnam Finest Management (registered intellectual property right in Vietnam and internationally). This is a program for staffs who have from 1 to 5-year experience. The purpose of this program is to help CEO deploy efficiently the Made in Vietnam Finest Management to the entire business through EMO and FMO level.
• This program provides the Finest thinking, effective working methods, tools for FMO to manage their works.
• The modules are drawn from the successful consulting practices of Made in Vietnam Finest Management for various industries in the Vietnam.
• The teaching philosophy is “Learning enough, Correct understanding and Effective application”. FMO is supported by GKM Finest Institute in his application’s journey.
• Create a management and technology platform to connect Japanese business with Vietnamese business.

C. MADE IN VIETNAM Finest PROGRAM HAS BEEN TRAINED AND EFFECTIVELY APPLIED AT WHICH ENTERPRISES OR ORGANIZATION
