A. WHO IS THE COACH OF EMO PROGRAM

The teaching method of EMO program is coaching and led by Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh.  Dr. Minh graduated with a Master degree at the University of Tokyo, and Doctorate in Management Business Administration University of Nagoya, Japan. He owns 8 years of experience in the head office Japanese Toyota Corporation as a specialist and Project leader implementing Lean Management. He is currently an expert in teaching and consulting Made in Vietnam Management for not only Vietnamese companies, but also international companies in Vietnam including Japanese companies.

B. SOME DIFFERENTIAL POINTS OF THE PROGRAM

• EMO program is designed on the foundation of Made in Vietnam Lean Management (registered intellectual property right in Vietnam and internationally). This is a program for middle manager. The purpose of this program is to help CEO deploy the Made in Vietnam Lean Management to the entire business through EMO level.
• This program provides the lean thinking, effective working methods, tools for EMO to manage their works.
• The modules are drawn from the successful consulting practices of Made in Vietnam Lean Management for various industries in the Vietnam.
• Create a management and technology platform to connect Japanese business with Vietnamese business.
• The teaching philosophy is “Learning enough, Correct understanding and Effective application”. EMO is supported by GKM Lean Institute in his application’s journey.
