THE MADE IN VIETNAM LEAN MANAGEMENT MODEL ENABLES BUSINESSES TO MAINTAIN AND GROW IN CRISIS

The Corona pandemic that started at the end of 2019 has created many new challenges for global businesses, including businesses operating in Vietnam, such as broken supply chains, aggregate demand social distancing etc. Maintaining and overcoming these challenges requires the consensus of the entire society including businesses, schools and government to find solutions, models, and business strategies that are appropriate during this crisis period.

GKM Lean Institute, Jetro Vietnam and Hiroshima University of Business Administration held a seminar on “Business Modeling Strategy against Corona in Vietnam”. The purpose of the seminar is to use collective intelligence to find strategies and business models suitable for businesses operating in Vietnam including Vietnamese businesses as well as foreign businesses as Japanese enterprises.

Participants of the seminar program included Associate Professor Nguyen Dang Minh, Chairman of GKM Lean Institute; Mr. Takeo Nakajima, Director of Jetro Vietnam and Professor Katsuei Edo, Director of the Hiroshima University of Business Administration’s Program.

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh shares about the proven School of Made in Vietnam Lean Management to help Vietnamese businesses restructure successfully by transplanting the Made in Vietnam Lean Management System, including: TAM THE Management,  Made in Vietnam Lean Thinking, Problem Solving Science, Made in Vietnam Lean Strategy Management, Made in Vietnam Human Resource Management.

During this crisis period, businesses applying the Made in Vietnam Lean Management School have responded very firmly. It is the Management DNA set of this School that has helped entrepreneurs to resist and cope with the negative impacts of Covid 19 by day and night purifying and eliminating wasteful costs in the corporate operating system such as unreal thinking, poor quality products and services … at the same time with the search for solutions to generate revenue in the short, medium and long term.
