“MADE IN VIETNAM” LEAN MANAGEMENT IS THE FOUNDATION OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THAT ENHANCES QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY

Assoc. Nguyen Dang Minh Chairman of the Advisory Council, GKM Lean Institute has provided the training on  “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management for SSP Molding towards increasing productivity and quality at the company.

Assoc. Nguyen Dang Minh explains Tam The as a category of management, both theoretical and practical, considered as the heart and mind of every human being. Building a good Tam The will create a good foundation of SSP Molding’s management system. The Tam The management model has been successfully applied in many businesses. Tam The helps to orient the thinking of workers in the common direction to steer the business boat and realize the business goals.

In addition to Tam The, “Made in Vietnam “ Lean Management Thinking is introduced at SSP Molding towards cutting wasteful costs in business and production, improving quality, improving productivity, creating more profits for the company. Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh mentioned the components of the “Made in Vietnam “ Lean Management System through practical examples to help company to reflect and find answers for themselves such as quality management issues, productivity management, human resource management. In addition, he has integrated the teaching of other key management skills including Horenso, presentation skills, teamwork for middle-level SSP Molding staff.

After the course, Mr. Nguyen The Hung (Director of the Company) learned the experience and how to implement the Tam The model into the company’s business. With Tam The and Thinking of “Made in Vietnam “ Lean Management, SSP Molding will have a solid foundation to solve many difficult problems in business today.

Ms. Ngoc (HR Department) said that it is fortunate to have access to Tam Then and it will definitely be the foundation for SPP in the coming time. Through the thinking  of “Made in Vietnam “ Lean Management the middle-level staffs of the company will have identified many typical waste types such as excess production, excess storage, waiting for production of goods, manipulation, etc..
