With the motto: Good TAM THE, Determination to overcome difficulties, Continuous improvement (Kaizen), right from the first days of 2021, GKM Institute of Lean Management has accompanied with Vietnamese businesses to implement the consulting training program ” Applying Made in Vietnam Lean Management School, solving practical problems of enterprises”, helping improve the management capacity of more than 30 learners who are CEOs and middle-level managers, and find urgent solutions for immediately solving the practical problems of enterprises, implementing the strategic goals of the year 2021.

The consulting training program is designed in line with reality, helping managers to understand how to apply the foundation management DNA system of Made in Vietnam Lean Management School (Tam The Management, Made in Vietnam Lean Thinking Management, and Science of problem solving) into practice to improve their motivation, work efficiency, in new situation.
In the training and consulting program, entrepreneurs and executives jointly analyze the challenges of the world economy and the Vietnamese economy in 2021, together analyze the tough management issues.
