GKM GROUP’S MBV MECHANICAL ALLIANCE GOES GLOBAL

GKM stands for Creation Gene Made by Vietnam and Made in Vietnam. Enterprises that share and apply the GKM Gene are called core MBV enterprises. Vietnamese managers carrying the GKM Gene in the MBV business community work together to create increasingly refined, world-class Made in Vietnam products and services, both in Vietnam and internationally, for the sustainable development of Vietnam and humanity.

Chairman of GKM GROUP and MBV International

Following the solid growth momentum of 2025, the Core MBV Mechanical Sector of the GKM Gene business community, under GKM Group, entered early 2026 with strong, proven achievements. The robust growth figures of the MBV Mechanical Alliance have affirmed its internal capabilities. MBV mechanical enterprises are supported, reinforced, and operated in synchrony on the foundation of the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology created by GKM Group. The time has come for MBV Enterprises to Go Global, both from Vietnam and to the international market.

THE INTERNATIONAL MBV ALLIANCE CLOSES THE “FIVE CORE SECTOR” VALUE CHAIN AND CREATES FINEST COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS

Built upon the shared GKM Gene, the isolation of individual enterprises is dissolved and replaced by the spirit of mutual reinforcement within the MBV International Alliance. The Alliance brings together core enterprises across five key national sectors: Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, Healthcare and others. By using a shared management language, the links within these Five Core Sectors support one another to close the value chain from R&D and design to production and commercialization.

This Go Global strategy enables Vietnamese intelligence to move beyond the middle-income trap and proudly take ownership of finest products and services carrying the spirit of Made by Vietnam.

MBV MECHANICAL ENTERPRISES FULL OF TÂM THẾ AT MANUFACTURING WORLD

Within the Go Global journey of MBV enterprises, April 2026 marked a historic milestone as the MBV Mechanical Alliance jointly participated in Manufacturing World Nagoya in Japan. At this exhibition, the greeting “Tràn Tâm Thế, International Managers” was proudly and powerfully expressed, marking the presence of the MBV Mechanical Alliance, including Windtech, Farmila and AMECC, in Japan.

The presence of the MBV Alliance at this event was a symbolic declaration of intellectual sovereignty. Vietnamese enterprises confidently introduced to the exhibition a business model built on a finest human system. They not only master Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD), but also bring Safety, Peace of Mind and a harmonious human environment within international enterprises (SE), thereby creating confidence for even the world’s most demanding partners. Establishing the position of a co-creation partner right in Japan’s mechanical manufacturing hub is a historic milestone. It marks a major transformation from Made in Vietnam to Made by Vietnam.

Japanese leaders and entrepreneurs visiting the MBV Core Mechanical booth expressed strong interest and positive impressions. The synergistic strength of the Core MBV Mechanical Sector in the international market does not come from a mechanical combination of separate companies. It comes from the deep alignment of an Alliance sharing the same MIV Finest Management Gene. Within this ecosystem, competition is neutralized and isolation is removed, giving way to a firm spirit of mutual reinforcement. Synergy is no longer a slogan. It becomes a strict and compulsory operational standard in every stage of execution. Enterprises use a shared management language and work together to close the supply chain from R&D and design to manufacturing and commercialization. This synergy, rooted in a common foundation, creates exceptional strength, enabling Vietnamese enterprises to break through the outsourcing glass ceiling and grow sustainably across generations.

GKM GROUP AND THE GKM CREATION GENE AS THE SOLID FOUNDATION OF MBV ENTERPRISES

To confidently step into the global arena, MBV enterprises cannot rely on low-cost labor outsourcing. MBV enterprises under GKM Group move forward together with a self-reliant operating system of thinking and practical capability: Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology within their own organizations. This Gene helps enterprises eliminate internal disconnection and transform workers’ capabilities into “Managers within their own work.” This is a solid endogenous launchpad that enables machinery systems and financial capital to maximize their performance without limitation, turning ordinary resources into extraordinary results. This was one of the important highlights of this exhibition.

GKM JAPAN BUILDS A BILATERAL DIALOGUE BRIDGE WITH THE G7

For Vietnam’s finest commercial products to reach the international market, GKM Japan has been established as a strong business management hub in Japan. It is not merely a business bridge. GKM GROUP is establishing a fully equal Vietnam-Japan Bilateral Business Collaboration Model 2.0. Vietnam will create the foundation of Tâm Thế, purely Vietnamese management technology and finest management talents in both Vietnam and Japan. International partners will contribute engineering technology, markets and other added values. This combination creates a superior synergy formula, bringing strong confidence to G7 customers and proving that Vietnamese management intelligence is fully capable of reinforcing and leading within global supply chains.

THE ANSWER TO CROSS-GENERATIONAL CONTINUITY

The sustainable development of an enterprise is not measured only by current revenue or profit. It lies in the ability to transfer legacy and thinking systems across generations. Understanding the deepest concern of entrepreneurs regarding succession discontinuity, GKM GROUP not only reinforces the present but also creates the future through the “Khởi Kế Phát Tinh Gọn MIV” program under MBV International.

This historic journey to Nagoya in 2026 did not only include the presence of current CEOs. It also included the participation of “young managers,” the next generation of entrepreneurs’ children within the MBV Alliance. In this demanding international business field, they did not come merely to observe. They were immersed in the most practical business environment. Under the direct guidance and Tâm Thế training of the technology founder and Chairman of GKM GROUP, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, the next generation learned how to work in a substantive way, understand the value of their parents’ labor and cultivate national pride on G7 soil.

The image of confident future managers carrying the GKM Gene and standing before Japanese partners conveyed a silent but powerful message to the world: the MBV Alliance is not only doing business with partners today. It has already prepared a finest human system to continue reinforcing, accompanying and upholding quality commitments for the next 10, 20 or even 50 years. This is the most humane and profound piece of the picture, firmly sealing the declaration of continuity for a creative ecosystem carrying the Made in/by Vietnam Gene.

THE “MADE BY VIETNAM” ASPIRATION AND UNLIMITED DEVELOPMENT SPACE IN THE ERA OF NATIONAL RISE

The Nagoya 2026 exhibition and the significant outcomes gained by MBV Mechanical Enterprises were not merely business cooperation opportunities with international partners. They represented a powerful declaration of Vietnamese intellectual sovereignty. This proves that when Vietnamese enterprises, particularly core MBV enterprises, are deeply rooted in the foundation of Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology created by GKM Group, they can move beyond the limitations of outsourcing, gradually master the value chain and establish a solid position for cooperative dialogue on the international stage.

With GKM GROUP as a strategic pillar reinforcing GKM Japan, the future aspiration of this ecosystem is to gradually implement investment projects and build factories directly in developed G7 countries such as Japan. Together with Japanese partners, GKM aims to create finest products and develop finest Vietnamese human resources in both Japan and Vietnam. This is a deeply humane step forward. It aims to create standard, refined and high-quality working environments in Japan, where Vietnamese workers can proudly stand on their own feet, contribute meaningfully and fully develop their total capabilities to generate genuine added value for both nations.

Entering the era of national rise, the MBV Alliance, led by GKM GROUP’s GKM Gene, will continue to spread the spirit of mutual reinforcement and complete the value chain across all Five Core Sectors: Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, Healthcare and others. The journey from a self-reliant operating system of thinking to the global arena has affirmed that Made in Vietnam Finest Management Intelligence will create unlimited development space. This is the most appropriate path to create a strong economic ecosystem fully carrying the spirit and pride of Made by Vietnam.

SHARING FROM DR. NGUYEN HUNG, VICE CHAIRMAN OF GKM JAPAN, AFTER THE EXHIBITION

“The three days of Manufacturing World Nagoya have come to an end, passing so quickly that they still feel like a very real, very close and very memorable dream. Each of the three days began with the same Tâm Thế: ‘My Tâm Thế today is very good!’

During these three days at the exhibition, we took a very long step forward. We directly verified what previously may have existed only in belief, willpower and aspiration.

First, we verified GKM’s Go Global model. The Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology is not merely a management theory. It is truly a path to enhance the total capability of human beings toward five solid value standards.

Second, we verified the power of synergy within the MBV Mechanical Alliance, where enterprises stand together in one spirit, one vision and one aspiration to go further.

Third, we clearly verified the real demand from Japanese partners in searching for supply chains and manufacturing partners in Vietnam.

Throughout the three days, many large enterprises, trading companies and potential partners visited the booth and exchanged with sincerity, depth and strong interest.

These three things perhaps cannot be verified through meetings, presentations or plans on paper alone. They can only be verified through real presence, by stepping into the market, standing in a real competitive environment and having the courage to answer the major questions of the future. Therefore, the first thing to say is this: thank you to the pioneering Managers, those who had enough courage, resilience and belief to enter this verification journey together.

The presence of GKM GROUP, GKM Japan and MBV Mechanical Enterprises at this exhibition sent Japanese customers a very distinctive, very different and deeply meaningful message, a message that not every booth could deliver: ‘Create good people before creating good products.’ This spirit forms our identity. It is not only about production capacity, machinery or technology. It is a development philosophy that begins with people.

Thank you for the continuous, persistent and effective companionship of the leadership Managers within the MBV Alliance. Your eyes, full of fire, trust and determination, surely touched the hearts of many Japanese visitors who came to the booth. There are things that do not need to be said too much. When we are present with complete sincerity, the other side will feel it. Thank you to Manager Duy for your thoughtful, quiet yet solid reinforcement before, during and after the exhibition. There are contributions that do not stand under the spotlight, but they are the very foundation that enables everything to unfold completely. My deepest gratitude goes to Manager and Teacher Nguyen Dang Minh for his far-reaching vision, the person who sowed the seeds and created the platform so that today’s Tâm Thế garden could blossom and bear fruit.”
