From 2021 to 2023: Transformative Results from the Application of MIV Finest Management Technology at Bao Minh Confectionery JSC
During the implementation of the MIV Finest Management Technology project at Bao Minh Confectionery JSC, significant changes have delivered exceptional effectiveness and efficiency.
As a result of adopting GKM Institute’s MIV Finest Management Technology, Bao Minh successfully implemented hundreds of waste elimination solutions and production-business improvements. The company has significantly reduced both tangible and intangible waste, including waiting times, excessive inventory due to over-ordering, and rework processes. Waste in production, transportation, and operations has been systematically minimized. This has led to remarkable improvements in production efficiency and job productivity. Each employee now recognizes themselves as a “Manager” in their role and understands the standards required of a Manager in their position.
Mrs. Ngo Thi Tinh shared that, under the licensed transfer from Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Bao Minh’s team operates with a multiplication mindset rather than addition. “This means we always maintain a steadfast mindset, fostering unity, sharing, and mutual support. This center for research and technology transfer is located in Japan and consists of key members, including management experts and specialists from both Vietnam and Japan. II. MBV NETWORK OF GKM GROUP
II.1. Mission of MBV Network
The mission of MBV Network is to develop the core MBV business community, creating high class Made by Vietnam products and services on the platform of the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology and the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology.
II.2. Activities
MBV Network of GKM Group in 2024 embarked on a remarkable journey. The process of developing the model and strategy for MBV Network growth before 2024 laid the foundation for its activities throughout the year.
Regular professional sessions, capacity-building initiatives in management and technical skills, and collaborative efforts focused on creating projects for core MBV products and services were key activities.
June 2024 marked the Study Tour GKMBV 01: The Journey of Creating Core MBV Chains held at Amiana Resort, Nha Trang. GKMBV 01 accompanied Vietnamese entrepreneurs and managers in researching and developing products and services (R&D) and management tools within the refined MBV environment. These efforts aimed to creatively apply these tools to Vietnamese enterprises, guided by the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology of GKM Group.

Building on the essence of practical consulting and training experiences from 2023, and leveraging the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology and the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology, GKM EDU, a member of GKM Group, continues to strengthen its development in 2024. It persistently transfers refined educational products to schools, families, and enterprises. Drawing from enterprise restructuring consulting programs, GKM EDU focuses on creating better individuals before better products and services through elite training programs. These programs meet output standards and fulfill the expectations of both Vietnamese and international business leaders regarding the quality and competency of human resources.
III.1. Implementing the effective application of the Tinh Hoa Education Program for high school students

With the motto “Cultivate Good People Before Building Good Products And Services,” in 2024, GKM EDU successfully organized the Tinh Hoa Education Programs for students at elementary, middle, and high school levels during the summer, as well as supplementary programs throughout the academic year at enterprises and urban areas in Hanoi.
III.1.1. The Tinh Hoa Education Program lights up the summer of 2024 at the Ecopark green urban area
Building on the success of the “Tinh Hoa Summer” program in previous years, GKM EDU continues to implement the “Tinh Hoa Summer 2024” program for the children of entrepreneurs and parents at the Ecopark urban area. Based on the standards established on the platform of the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology and the actual quality of the students’ input, GKM EDU designs the training program to transform awareness and enhance the overall capabilities of the children using the essence drawn from research programs and real-world teaching experiences for the children of business owners over the years. Accordingly, the children are nurtured with fundamental ethical qualities towards universal values through the course of Management of Tam The. They also enhance their self-management abilities and their capacity to connect knowledge scientifically with practice by creating products and services suited to their age, aiming at the future to create more authentic Vietnamese products and services, contributing to the country’s development.

Outside of the classroom training, GKM EDU designs multiple learning spaces to cultivate Tam The and capabilities for students, such as at home, in businesses, and in society. A key feature of the 2024 summer Tinh Hoa Education Program is that students have several field trips to historical sites to cultivate a mindset of gratitude and connection to their roots. When the inspiration of national pride and self-esteem is nurtured, students will understand what they need to do to live up to the achievements built by past generations. The field trips, valuable and effective for the Tinh Hoa class, have been highly praised by many businesspeople and parents.

After cultivating Tam The, the students will begin to develop practical skills. Under the guidance of GKM EDU instructors, they gradually understand the concept of learning and doing for real, knowing how to define the expected outcomes of their tasks and applying the knowledge acquired in class to create age-appropriate products and services for their families. This helps improve the quality of life for themselves and their families, even while still in school.

The Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology continues to be applied strongly to fill gaps and enhance the abilities of students from elementary to high school after their regular school hours. In 2024, the Tinh Hoa Education Program for secondary school students will be held at locations in the districts of Bac Tu Liem, Gia Lam, and Long Bien in Hanoi.

With an individualized approach method to education, the program helps students develop comprehensive skills, improve weaknesses, and discover their potential. With the project “Tam The and Traditional Culture,” Tinh Hoa class students learn through practical experiences during trips to historical sites, rediscovering the nation’s glorious past, thereby cultivating love and national pride, sparking ambition in students. In 2024, GKM EDU organized study trips to sites such as the Kinh Duong Vuong Temple (Bac Ninh), Hung Kings Temple (Phu Tho), Chu Dong Tu Temple (Hung Yen), Chu Van An Temple (Hanoi), Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Four Sacred Temples of Thang Long.

Following the journey of “Creating a Tinh Hoa foundation for the children of Tan Phat’s employees,” GKM EDU has partnered with Tan Phat Etek Equipment Joint Stock Company to implement the Tinh Hoa Education Program in the summer of 2024. This program helps transform awareness and creates a Tinh Hoa foundation for the next generations of Tan Phat’s employees. This is the second consecutive year that Tan Phat Company has organized this meaningful educational program.

III.2. The Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology develops overall capacity for teachers
A team of Tinh Hoa teachers is a prerequisite for the development of elite training programs. Understanding this, in 2024, GKM EDU continues to develop the overall capacity of its educators. An elite educator, according to GKM EDU standards, needs to encompass both foundational ethical character (Tam The) and effective thinking and action capabilities to meet the increasingly high demands of businesses and society. With over 10 years of experience training business leaders, GKM EDU has researched and perfected the technology to develop the overall capacity of educators through human resource development projects in GKM’s practice.

The content of the Finest Education Program for all levels of general education is designed based on the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology, the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology, and has been successfully verified in practice over more than 3 years of training in various spaces such as schools, families, and businesses. This once again affirms the scientific nature, practicality, and effectiveness of the educational theory branded Made in Vietnam. GKM EDU continues to develop the content of the Finest Education Program for middle and high school levels, aiming to transfer these meaningful training programs into educational organizations, contributing to the sustainable development of the country’s and the world’s education system

The MBV Enterprises, key member in the GKM Group network, have always been partners of the Finest Education Program by GKM EDU, working together to cultivate Tam The and develop the capacities of people.
