THE SCHOOL OF MADE IN VIETNAM LEAN MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION AND  TECHNOLOGY CONTINUES TO COOPERATE FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF VIETNAMESE AND INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS

The year 2020 witnessed the breakdown and crisis of many traditional management and business models. From the successful practice of thousands of businesses and organizations that have been effectively applying the School of Made in Vietnam Lean Management, Made in Vietnam Education, Made in Vietnam Technology, (including the original DNA system, the methods and specific tools), the preeminence of the school is increasingly confirmed. The year 2020 also witnesses and affirms that the Made in Vietnam Lean DNA system has joined in solving the world’s problems through GKM’s online training and consultancy programs for businesses and organizations internally in Vietnam and internationally. This is also the pride of Vietnamese Management, Vietnamese Education, Vietnamese Technology in the international arena.

1. Activities of the GKM Lean Institute (https://gkmfinest.gkm.vn)

1. Training programs of Made in Vietnam Lean CEO, EMO at organizations and enterprises

In 2020, GKM Lean Institute will continue to accompany Vietnamese CEOs in the process of “fixing boat and repair nets” to improve management capacity at Made in Vietnam Lean CEO training courses.

Entrepreneurs, business leaders, all affirm the practicality and effectiveness of the Made in Vietnam Lean CEO program in participating in solving crisis for overcoming problems and sustainable development.

We were very happy to hear from the CEOs who joined the program that the CEOs are both honored and fortunate to know about the Made in Vietnam Lean Management school. The school has created a pure, high-class Vietnamese management ideology and methods to help CEOs confidently overcome the challenges of 2020 and confidently step into 2021 with many new opportunities and successes.

2. Training and consultancy on Made Vietnam Lean Digital Transformation at enterprises and organizations

In 2020, GKM Lean Institute in conjunction with GKM Lean Technology Institute (GKM Vietnam Company) implemented consultancy training programs on Model of Made in Vietnam Lean Digital Transformation for enterprises in Vietnam. The success of the Made in Vietnam Lean Digital Transformation Model has been created and established the Made in Vietnam (Made by Vietnam) models, the common understanding, the scientific and systematic way of digital transformation. This is a breakthrough development of the school, supporting and helping Vietnamese businesses avoid waste (tangible and intangible) in the process of implementing digital transformation.

3. Continuing to spread the Made in Vietnam Lean Management School through online domestic seminars and international conferences

At the international seminar “Strategy for Overcoming Corona in Vietnam” with Jetro Japan and Hiroshima Business School, Japan, the School of Made in Vietnam Lean Management was introduced to the international scholars and suggesting as the model of corporate restructuring basing on Made in Vietnam Lean Management DNA System to help international enterprises to withstand the negative effects of Covid-19. International specialists and Japanese entrepreneurs all appreciated the practicality and scholarship of the model and expressed their wish to cooperate with GKM Lean Institute to solve quality productivity problems for enterprises in Japan, Vietnam and internationally.

5. Attend domestic and international exhibitions, continue to spread Made in Vietnam Lean Management to Vietnamese and international businesses at the exhibitions

The Made in Vietnam Lean Management School has not only been confirmed by its partners and customers to be effective, but also won the attention of large FDI enterprises. Through the exhibition, GKM Lean Institute has affirmed and committed to accompany FDI and Vietnamese enterprises, jointly developing Vietnamese suppliers to participate in global value chains.

6. Applying Made in Vietnam Lean Management into Vietnam’s Agricultural Sector

Not only accompanying Industrialized enterprises, the Made in Vietnam Lean Management school started to deploy in the agricultural sector, for the prosperity of Vietnamese agriculture. The GKM Lean Institute accompanies the Vietnam Cooperative Union to train cooperatives and individual business households, improve management capacity, and develop brands of Vietnamese agricultural products. This demonstrates that the School’s DNA can be deployed (implanted) on any management entity to maintain and develop sustainable organizations

The Lean Digital Transformation model for the agricultural sector was also introduced and published in the speeches of the National Congress of the Vietnam Cooperative Union.

II. Education and training activities of GKM Education (https://gkmedu.gkm.vn/

1. GKM Foundation is established for educational activities

With the ambition that the country will have more and more high-quality human resources, contributing to the create Made in Vietnam and Made by Vietnam high-class products and services, which can be fair competition in the international market, GKM Lean Institute, GKM Vietnam Co., Ltd. has established the GKM Scholarship Foundation to contribute to the development of education in Vietnam. GKM Foundation creates scholarships to train the young generation, Vietnamese students through training activities, practical internships at the Company’s activities, GKM Lean Institute, GKM Lean Technology Institute at the enterprises which are partners of GKM Lean Institute and through international exchange activities. Joining the scholarship program, students will gradually form a TAM THE, thinking capacity and effective capacity to act to realize their own ambition, contributing to the development of a mighty Vietnam. In 2020, the GKM Foundation has given the opportunity to 5 students to participate in training programs and international research cooperation with Japanese universities, Exedy Company, NEC Company, Legroup company and Weatherplus Company

2. The in-depth research project of the Made in Vietnam Education School

The year 2020 also marks a strong development of the Made in Vietnam Lean Education School. Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh, President of GKM Lean Institute joined the National Council of Continuing Education to contribute to education and training innovation for the sustainable development of education in Vietnam.

In addition, training programs to parents in educational science at home have also been deployed…

III. Activities of the GKM Lean Technology Institute (GKM Tech) (https://gkmtech.gkm.vn/)

GKM Tech has cooperated with iSTC company (strategic partner of GKM) to develop research solutions to deploy IoT systems for manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. The research results will be deployed at the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Innovation Exhibition, January 2021.

GKM Tech and Japanese partners have jointly researched to develop a model of implementing digital transformation for Japanese enterprises in Vietnam; Applying the model (Made in Vietnam Lean Management x Japan’s IoT technology) for digital transformation of Japanese SMEs in Vietnam.

IV. Activities GKM Homes (https://gkmhomes.gkm.vn/)

In 2020, GKM Homes continuously improves the product of Lean Family Management, focusing on rebuilding the Vietnamese family to have a scientific and finest life. In 2020, we have completed the internal manual of Scientific Life Organization with the foundation of successful consulting projects for Vietnamese families. In early 2021, the first book on Organizing scientific life written by Vietnamese people on the foundation of Vietnamese family will be published.

In addition, GKM Homes is focusing on the strong development of commercial products. In addition to traditional products, there are smart home products that have affirmed the GKM Homes brand in the market. We have been accompanying businesses and cooperatives to produce clean and organic agricultural products to help farmers and agricultural cooperatives to improve the quality of agricultural products to connect Vietnamese agricultural products to Japanese market and other countries in the region.

The year 2020 ends with many challenges but full of excitement, GKM Vietnam Company will continue to develop the company’s operations in 2021as following direction:

+ GKM Lean Institute will continue to develop activities such as Training, Consulting, Research to infuse Made in Vietnam Lean Management into Vietnamese enterprises and organizations, contributing to the creation of increasingly classy Made in Vietnam. Made by Vietnam, Made for Vietnam products and services and humanity.

+ Continuing to develop high-tech solutions (digital transformation) on the basis of the Made in Vietnam Lean Management system in Vietnamese enterprises and organizations

+ We also cooperate with domestic and foreign partners to establish GKM Investment Fund with the aim of helping Vietnamese businesses not only develop management but also financial capital and technological capacity to develop Vietnamese products with high value, replacing imported goods, proceeding to export to bring real value to Vietnamese products.

+ GKM Vietnam Corporation wishes to cooperate with enterprises and entrepreneurs to step by step create the Made in Vietnam School of Education applied at all education levels from kindergarten to university, to contribute to sustainable development of Vietnamese human resources, making practical contributions to the economic development of the country.
