Applying Made in Vietnam TAM THE Management and Lean Thinking at work
Following a series of important achievements from the 52nd Lean CEO course and the Made in Vietnam Lean Management 5S course, 17 leaders and senior staff of Thygesen Vietnam Textile and Garment Co., Ltd (Knitting) Circuit) has continued to invite GKM to deploy training down to EMO and FMO levels.
With the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Thygesen company is gradually forming the Internal Training Center, bringing the Made in Vietnam Lean Management DNA deep and wide throughout the company’s system, helping increase the value of Thygesen’s people, products and services.
The first module of the course – “Applying TAM THE Management and Lean Thinking Made in Vietnam in practice” – was opened on September 24, 2022 at TQT Hotel, Yet Kieu, Hanoi. The auditorium was filled with the participation of a large number of Managers, Workers and Employees at all levels and departments.
The CEO and leaders of Thygesen company brought their passions through the previous 2 courses, along with the technology transfer effort of Mr. Nguyen Dang Minh, helped workers and employees understand the application of TAM THE and Made in Vietnam’s Lean Thinking Management treatment through many simple and profound stories of Mr. Minh.
GKM’s training technology has transcended the academic boundaries between different classes, connecting the spirit of the whole company from the top management level to the lowest level of employees, building the company as a Can live in harmony with Management DNA.
The importance of preparing yourself for a good position at work at work and at home, as well as the meaning of eliminating bad and unhealthy methods from the root of thought, has been be thoroughly expressed in the classroom right at the first Module.
