With this philosophy, Made in Japan brands have satisfied all the most demanding customers around the world, and contributed greatly to the magical story of Japan’s development. In Vietnam, Kaizen was introduced with other management methods of Japan such as 5S, HORENSO, Visual Administration … The needs in studying and applying this method into practical production and business to improve quality and brand of Made in Vietnam products / services are also interested by many businesses.

Responding to that practical requirement, Made in Vietnam Management Kaizen (Kaizen) has been researched and transferred by Dr Nguyen Dang Minh in accordance with the practice of enterprises in Vietnam. At the same time, this method has been implemented through successful training and consulting programs in many businesses/ organizations ranging from manufacturing enterprises to service enterprises, from small and medium enterprises like Julie Sandlau, Midway Metals, MK Smart, Lao Cai  Copper Refinery Company, Phat, TID, Manutronics, Legroup … to large corporations like Truong Hai Auto Corporation and etc.
