After just over two months of applying Made in Vietnam Lean Management Technology, Hoa Lan Joint Stock Company has found a solution to the problem of sustainable development of its business before the storm of the global economic crisis.

After completing the 52nd Lean CEO training program Made in Vietnam at GKM Lean Management Institute (https://gkmfinest.gkm.vn/), Mr. Nguyen Cong Hieu (Assistant Director, Hoa Lan Company) ) together with the General Director and the company’s leadership have gradually implemented Made in Vietnam Lean Management Technology into practice.

According to Mr. Hieu, after the implementation, employees began to enthusiastically accompany the enterprise. The joy of employees reflected in the eyes of the workers working in Hoa Lan has created a positive energy source that has significantly increased the productivity and quality of the business. When having a good TAM THE, employees not only urge themselves to complete their tasks well, but also actively and willingly support colleagues in their work.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Ly, a graduate of a pedagogical school in Hung Yen who is working at Hoa Lan company, said excitedly: “I have only been working for two months, but after being trained by the company, my cognitive ability mine is more than the employees who have worked for several years.
