The 51st Made in Vietnam Lean CEO Program – A system of solutions to practical problems of Vietnamese enterprises

In times of crisis, “value chain globalization” is no longer a trend for a country to develop sustainably, once the supply chain is broken, society’s aggregate demand is reduced, business activities are reduced. Industry will also be stagnant and face many difficulties. This means that businesses need to find the right management method, find the right path for the development of the business.

After going through 50 Made in Vietnam Lean CEO programs, GKM Lean Management Institute continues to spread the Lean Management DNA in the 51st Made in Vietnam Lean CEO program. The program was opened at the end of July in 2022, with the participation of more than 30 students who are CEOs and middle managers from large and small businesses.

In the first module (TAM THE Management), entrepreneurs all expressed their interest in the TAM THE theory, which is the foundational module of the course, and also the root to solve all business pain. Especially at this program, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh helped business leaders understand the source of difficulties in people management at enterprises, as well as effective methods to convey the spirit of the company. individual workers, thereby paving the way for all productivity and quality improvements.

Doan Thi Thu Hien, CEO of Thygesen Vietnam Textile and Garment Co., Ltd, said:
“After the TAM THE Management module, I was able to define, clearly identify why there are shortcomings in my business and employees, and will try to eliminate them. I will redefine Thygesen Vietnam’s stance, starting with myself as a leader. In which, the TAM THE of work, the position of the TAM THE is very important. After finishing the superstructure, we will do it to the middle level and to the staff level.”

Another CEO also shared:
I understand that for myself, learning and doing is a beneficial improvement process for myself (Financial + non-financial benefits). And have to learn real things, do real things. When managing a group or a company, it is necessary to distinguish which group is at what level, improving their TAM THE with the organization.

Through vivid practical examples in each enterprise, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh has helped businesses realize that the company’s most valuable asset is not modern machinery or equipment, but the collection of people who understand and combine well according to the same DNA (DNA creates Made by Vietnam). This is the basic foundation for business development.
At the end of the course, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh awarded the certificate of completion of the 51st Lean CEO Made in Vietnam program to the students.
