The 2025 Tam The Journey: When Vietnamese Management Wisdom Conquers International Aspirations

In the final days of December 2025, while the entire nation was still rejoicing in national pride from the men’s football championship victory at the 33rd SEA Games, a new chapter in the journey of exporting Vietnamese management wisdom was being emotionally written at the GKM Group headquarters. The presence of Mr. Buyanjargal (Buya) Shirnen, CEO of USP Mongolia, was not merely a corporate diplomatic visit. As a special envoy of the General Director of USP Lab Japan, this trip carried the mission of verifying major questions:

i) Is the MIV Finest Management Technology, born from the Vietnamese essence, a philosophy that possesses both methods and tools?
ii) Does this management technology possess sufficient strength to become a common solution for the complex international management problems currently being faced?”

1. Originating from the “Gene System” and the Aspiration for Bilateral Cooperation 2.0

The journey began on the afternoon of December 18th in Hanoi, where the concepts of the Made in Vietnam Finest Management (MIV Finest Management) were first unveiled to the partner from the Mongolian steppes. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh and Mr. Buya had a deep discussion regarding the Bilateral Cooperation Model 2.0. This represents a powerful transformation in the mindset of international cooperation, where parties no longer view each other through pure trading and outsourcing contracts, but connect through the equal sharing of knowledge foundations and support each other with true core values.

In the open and thought provoking discussion atmosphere, the presence of CEO Nguyen Chi Linh from LP Land brought a perspective on integrating the philosophy of the Five Values of Tam The management into his mission. Although the heritage tourism project at the Ha Giang Stone Plateau is still in the phase of strenuous implementation and has much room for improvement, these initial steps have shown the potential of the MIV Finest Management in solving sustainable development problems in harsh geological regions. The participation of LP Land was not to showcase a perfect result, but to contemplate together on a challenging journey of application, where traditional cultural values and the community are placed at the forefront.

The dinner on the first day became a special space of cultural intersection, where historical lessons of the Vietnamese nation were recalled as a testament to endogenous strength. Stories about the generations of Hung Kings, about legends and the way Vietnamese people live in neighborly affection, and together defend the village and country during foreign invasions, helped the international guest understand the origin of the two words Tam The. Mr. Buya was particularly impressed when hearing about how the Vietnamese nation overcame more than a millennium of Northern domination without being assimilated, as well as the military strategy of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and General Vo Nguyen Giap, who are evaluated by world history as two among the 10 greatest generals of all time regarding military genius. The harmony in spirit between the son of the steppe and the Vietnamese soul placed the first bricks for a relationship based on absolute respect and trust.

2. Windtech Site, Where the “Essence of MIV Finest Management” is Proven

The second working day (December 19th) brought the delegation to the site at Windtech Vietnam factory in Phu Tho. Accompanying the delegation was Dr. Nguyen Van Quy Hung, a seasoned expert and Vice President of GKM Japan, bringing an objective and sharp professional perspective. Here, Mr. Buya was welcomed by a highly symbolic image: a presentation about Windtech delivered by the second son of CEO Dang Anh Dung himself. As a student of the Future Entrepreneurs program from GKM Education, he not only spoke about numbers but also spread the spirit of the next generation being nurtured by the MIV Finest Management Gene System right from within the family.

At the factory, the growth figures truly astonished any leader. From a modest output level of 35 cabinets per day in 2024, Windtech has made a leap to 150 cabinets and is preparing resources to reach the milestone of 300 cabinets in the near future. Dialoguing with Mr. Buya, CEO Dang Anh Dung shared the emotional “Aha” moment, which was when he realized he had to use the Made in Vietnam Problem Solving Science to “cure” the enterprise himself while standing on the brink of collapse. He realized that the Made in Vietnam Finest Management is not merely a productivity tool, but a scientific method to rediscover oneself and master the destiny of the enterprise.

The transformation did not stop at machines or profit numbers. Mr. Buya directly sat down to witness the “Tran Tam The” of the middle management department along with the company leadership. The atmosphere of excitement and the commitment shown clearly in every eye and action of the employees made him continuously express admiration through sincere congratulations. Under the guidance and direct coaching of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, the entire Windtech team showed a tidy, disciplined, and cohesive working environment; a result that previously they could only dream of after less than a year of restructuring.

3. Long term Vision and Aspiration to support international partners

On the car ride back to Hanoi on the afternoon of the same day, a summary discussion opened up new prospects for 2026. CEO Buya could not hide his emotion and affirmed that he felt very convinced, because the “soul” of the people was step by step created by GKM on the foundation of the MIV Finest Management Gene System within the enterprise management system. This was a vivid proof that GKM technology had deeply permeated into every cell of the enterprise. He not only saw profit but also saw the peace and self disciplined spirit of Vietnamese workers, who now know how to bring the Made in Vietnam Finest Thinking home to build their own families.

To realize the inspirations into practical actions, Mr. Buya proactively proposed establishing a long term method to develop GKM Group’s projects internationally. This will be an important push to officially bring the MIV Finest Management Technology and Cooperation Model 2.0 to the Japanese and Mongolian markets, as well as connecting with other international partners. The trip closed with the belief that Vietnamese management wisdom, when distilled from reality and the Five Values philosophy, is fully capable of leading and supporting international partners on the journey of creating true values for society and humanity.
