During and after the pandemic, Vietnam’s agriculture has been playing a role as one of the important pillars of the country’s economy, in order to develop a sustainable agricultural sector to affirm the brand of Vietnamese agricultural products in the domestic and internationally markets we need to further promote the application of management solutions and technologies in accordance with the reality of the country. Made in Vietnam Lean Management (registered for intellectual property in Vietnam and internationally) will participate in creating an effective Management Foundation for Vietnam’s agriculture to develop sustainably.

The Made in Vietnam Lean Management Model has attracted the attention of policy makers, leaders of departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and leaders of the Vietnam Cooperative Union, leaders of research institutes, especially leaders of agricultural export cooperatives. Many delegates shared that GKM Lean Institute has correctly identified the problems faced by agricultural export cooperatives. Many delegates want to learn more about the model to apply and immediately solve problems in their management practice because to solve the problems they have been searching for in many places, many meetings, seminars, trainings but still struggling to find the appropriate answers. Delegates believed that the Made in Vietnam Lean Management Model, when deployed simultaneously in the agricultural sector, would be a practical solution in improving productivity and quality of Vietnamese agricultural products in the domestical and international markets, making a practical contribution to the country’s economic development.
