JK VIETNAM COMPANY IMMEDIATELY APPLYING “MADE IN VIETNAM” LEAN MANAGEMENT AFTER ATTENDING THE LEAN CEO COURSE OF GKM LEAN INSTITUTE

Immediately after completing the “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO Course at GKM Lean Institute, General Director Le Minh Duc and the managemetn of JK Vietnam Company confirmed that “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management was the main is the path that JK Vietnam Company chooses to help JK Vietnam to develop sustainably to a new level. The development strategy and specific action plans have been completed within the modules of the training program (This is also a testament to the effectiveness of the “Made in Vietnam“ Lean CEO Program and the practical contribution of the GKM Lean Institute to the development of manufacturing and service enterprises in Vietnam)

In order for the Action plan to be put into practice in a methodical and effective manner, the leadership of JK Vietnam Company has cooperated with the GKM Lean Institute to organize the program of “Made in Vietnam“ Lean for the middle-level management team and all employees, this is also a launching ceremony to implement the lean development strategy of the company.

 

At the training session, the middle – level leaders realized that Tam the of things (ToT) is the link between the members in their department and also the link between the departments within the company which make the job easier, removing barriers, invisible wall to step towards with a healthy and efficient working environment.

Not only the middle-level team, at the training program of more than 300 officers and employees of JK Vietnam Company were aware of the concept and basic content of Tam The and Lean Management, creating the basis for the step by step unifying the management DNA according to “Made in Vietnam” lean management management at the company.

At the end of the training program, the management of the company announced and explained the overall development strategy of the company to all employees so that the company members understand the mission. The mission of JK Vietnam, the meaning and pride of being in the same boat of JK Vietnam, the same passion and desire to bring JK Vietnam boat to participate in the global supply chain gradually affirms the Vietnamese brand in international market.
