IMPLEMENTING MODULE 2 OF EFFICIENT MANAGER OFFICER AT ME TRAN BINH XUYEN COMPANY AND SSP MOLDING COMPANY

Following the effectiveness of the Efficient Manager Officer (EMO) -Module 1 held in December 2018 at SSP Molding Company, the management of SSP Molding Company continues to collaborate with GKM Finest Institute to organize Module 2 (level 1) for all over 30 middle managers of SSP Molding Company and Me Tran Binh Xuyen Company. This training program focuses on strengthening Module 1 and upgrading the contents of Module 2 to continue developing the management capacity of the middle officials of the two companies to meet the requirements of increasingly high quality and price of products that the company provides to customers according to international standards.

With the training motto of the GKM Finest Institute of “Studying enough, understanding properly, applicable” learners have tried to use all of their intelligence to think and apply the solutions conveyed by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh into the day-to-day works.

During the training program, students really understood the method and the content of Module 2, connected with each other, together solved big and small problems of the company.

The training program was closed by the sincere sharing of the director of the company Nguyen The Hung “The company organized the program with the desire to develop the capacity of the company’s members and support everyone to apply knowledge of management  to work practices at the company as well as family life. We hope that everyone will promise themselves to bring knowledge to life to connect with each other, to develop the company together for a better life”.

Through the training modules of the Institute, the middle management will gradually improve the practical management capacity of Made in Vietnam Finest Management School to apply to life together for developing made in Vietnam and made by Vietnam products for a more and more beautiful Vietnam”.
