In order to orient the development of their children ‘s career, the parents’ duty is to connect their life with their own children’s learning from today. The thinking Made in Vietnam Finest Management and TAM THE will help parents to agree, co-orientate and accompany the best with their children on the path of career development.
How to properly guide children? How can you talk, share about work and life between parents and children? How to get the children to have good TAM THE and learn actively? The answers to all of the above questions have been answered after participating the training “Effective orientation for the development of children’s career on the foundation of Made in Vietnam Finest Management” at GKM Compact Management Institute March 24, 2019. This is a training program for parents and teachers with the objective of finding the right solutions in child development orientation. In parallel with the program “Organizing scientific life”, the training “Effective orientation for the development of children’s career on the foundation of Made in Vietnam Finest Management” is part of the lean family management system.
Finest family management is considered a new trend. In busy life, nowadays, parents have less time for their children. To orient appropriately and effectively for the children is really a headache problem. The experience of parents is not always solutions for children in a society with so many changes at a rapid pace. At the training, parents have frankly shared many realities in modern families such as children now have no plan to live and study, push the deadline away, blame others for their own mistakes, and not be responsible for their own work, sloppy living, not tidy, having no desire for intellect, not passionate, and etc.
Consent with those concerns, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh shared: “Vietnam is becoming more and more integrated with the world so Vietnamese people also need to improve their capacity and develop according to the common standards of the world. However, any development needs to be done on the basis of the characteristics of Vietnamese people and society.
The doctor emphasized: “In order to orient children, parents must first review the concept of success in themselves. It is necessary to think that a sewer worker can succeed if he understands and REALLY DOES his work”.
At the class, parents discussed and identified the problems of parents and children in their families. Since then, use the thinking of “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management to apply to educational activities and daily orientation for children.
In the final statement, Mr. Can Duc Long shared: “Through the program, I was most satisfied with the two contents. One is to help me understand how learning is good for me so that I can learn happily. Secondly, all children need to be able to act effectively”. In the same view, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Manh said: “Today, I am very happy because both of the parents joined the program. As a result, the two together agreed on the thinking and methods of orientation for children. They will find ways to closely follow up with their child’s learning, together with the children to find out the links between reasoning and practice. When the children see that themselves having good results, they will change”.
Mr. Vu Toan Thang also commented after joining the training program: “I have understood that, most importantly, I need to help my child to have TAM THE in each lesson and every job. When they have Deep Understanding 1, then they will know Deep Understanding 2 and what is the Consciousness. The fault of today’s parents and teachers is to not often tell their children such things”. Finally, Ms. Nguyen Thi Chung concluded: “The two of us after the whole school day agreed with each other that, in order to orient the children, parents should first and foremost have TAM THE, scientific and unified methods. At the same time, parents must really persevere every day so that the children can be oriented to go in the right direction”.
At the end of the program, each student has got his or her own answer and an implementation plan to take home, share and orient their children based on the scientific thinking gained after a day of study spending lots of energy but really effective.
