On Saturday, January 4, 2025, GKM Group and AMECC Group officially signed a cooperation agreement to implement the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology, laying the foundation for solid and sustainable growth at AMECC Mechanical and Construction JSC.
A Landmark Signing Ceremony
During the morning session, a signing ceremony was held to mark the joint implementation of the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology (MIV). The event was attended by GKM Vietnam, represented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Minh, and AMECC, represented by CEO Nguyễn Văn Thọ.
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Minh proclaimed:
“Today marks the beginning of the ‘Corporate University’ at AMECC. This signifies the creation of Finest individuals right within the AMECC enterprise.”
As the Project Director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Minh, together with CEO Nguyễn Văn Thọ, reaffirmed their commitment to closely accompany this project. A key objective is investing in people—both as individuals and in their relationships with each other—to enhance harmony, connectivity, and minimize conflicts, thereby driving the development of Finest capabilities. The Beginning of an Ongoing Transformation
To launch the project, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Minh personally conducted the Gene 1: Tâm Thế Management training—a fundamental pillar within the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology, which comprises nine genes and nine levels. This marks the beginning of a continuous training journey aimed at deeply transferring the proprietary technology into AMECC. The transfer includes philosophies, methodologies, and tools embedded within the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology.

During the session, MBV Network was introduced to AMECC’s leaders and managers. Understanding the essence of “Made by Vietnam”, “More Beautiful Vietnam”, and “Mần Bởi Việt”, AMECC’s leadership collectively agreed to contribute to national value creation and brand development based on the MIV Finest Management Technology. This strategic approach provides a macro-level solution for AMECC’s sustainable development.
