Opening of the “Made in Vietnam” Finest CEO Training Course No. 37 on 23 Feb. 2019

Opening the course, Dr Nguyen Dang Minh shared: The most important point of CEOs and business leaders is connecting people, changing TAM THE and thinking of employees according to the Finest TAM THE and Thinking in doing business. As in the problems that CEOs have shared, most of them see a lack of cohesion, lack of necessary communication in the system. Each employee is a separated individual with different tastes and ways of living, however, once have stepped into the business, they must change TAM THE, rotate the thinking axis into the common direction to implement the common task of business / organization. That is why the first module of the program needs to provide the CEOs is the “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management System.

Dr Nguyen Dang Minh also shared: With his experience in consulting and training on thousands of businesses, he realized that businesses need  only to apply the foundations in the “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management without complicated tools then labor productivity has increased by 20-50%, product / service quality has also increased, and the rate of error has decreased significantly. This is the Vietnamese medicine of Vietnamese people.

CEO Ha Van Phan said at the end of the school day: “My company has 2 groups of employees from 2 different environments. A group is always very quick to carry out the tasks requested by the leaders, the other group is at the opposite which is very slow and seems not to understand. I always thought this because of the different of living environment and different qualities, so I felt stuck in supporting those employees. But today, I have realized the main reason is the difference of the two groups is the differences in the TAM THE of the two groups. A group did better because all of them had TAM THE. So, I have had a solution to support my second group”.

The “Made in Vietnam” Finest CEO Training Course No. 37 was held from February 23, 2019 to April 6, 2019 through 6 modules. This is a program specifically designed for CEOs, business / organization leaders to improve management capacity, advice to solve existing problems in businesses / organizations on the basis of the “Made in Vietnam” Finest management system.
