In the context of the country on the threshold of the digital economy, Vietnamese technology enterprises have been changing their thinking and action programs to contribute to sustainable development of the country’s economy.
As a core unit of Mobifone Corporation, The Mobifone’s Telecommunication Testing & Maintenance Center also has a genome and pride of a leading company. Basing on the desire to improve the managerial and operational efficiency, the Center has collaborated with GKM Finest Institute to organize the training course “Applying Made in Vietnam Finest Management to improve performance (level 1)” for all management officers of the center.
At the course, Dr Nguyen Dang Minh (President of GKM Finest Institute) shared with the participants the connotations of the Made in Vietnam Finest Management System and together the participants to work out the specific solutions to solve problems, bottlenecks in the management of the center. The training program is practical and highly applicable, attracting the participation of members from the Board of Directors to the members of the center. The content of the program is not only applicable to practical work but also can be applied creatively in other life aspects such as family and society a more beautiful life.
After two days of accompanying the course’ mates, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nghia, the director of the center, gave a summary statement in which he showed that he was really happy because it was on the occasion of Vietnamese family day June 28 when the Board of Directors awarded the entire team of the center with the training course “Applying Made in Vietnam Finest Management to improve performance (level 1)”. This gift will, hopefully, bring a happier life to every family. He is also very proud of having the professional and well-trained staff to transform the knowledge of Made in Vietnam Finest Management into practical work for creating added value for the center as well as Mobifone Corporation. The Board of Directors and all center officers are determined to immediately implement the action programs according to the training contents in the practice of the center. Mr. Nghia also shared with the all the attendees the wish that the center’s members at all level to agree to implement the completed application of level 1 then will continue to work with GKM Finest Institute of to organize the training course of Made in Vietnam Finest Management level 2 for moving forward and constantly improving operational efficiency, increasing productivity and sustainable development of the center, contributing practically to the development of Mobifone in particular and Vietnam’s telecommunications industry in general.
