With the aim of improving management efficiency towards improving productivity and quality of the service system, GKM Lean Institute (https://gkmfinest.gkm.vn) has cooperated with Chu Lai – Truong Hai Car Distribution Co., Ltd. (THACO PC) and Truong Hai Bus Distribution Co., Ltd. Bus Truong Hai (THACO CV) to organize the training course “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management (Level 1) for leaders and managers of service department of the companies.
The training program is designed and led by Dr Nguyen Dang Minh, Chairman of GKM Lean Institute. At the course the leaders and managers have been trained about the methods of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management System such as: TAM THE management solutions of people working in service business, solutions to apply “Made in Vietnam” Lean Thinking in practices, method of lean planning to solve actual problems scientifically. Especially the solutions of the “Made in Vietnam” Human Resource Management System which provided course participants with the methods for recruiting and evaluating the development of human resources for a scientifically and meeting the actual situation of the companies.
With the coaching approach, at each training session, along with sharing knowledge and practical experience, Dr Nguyen Dang Minh worked with course participants to develop detailed and specific solutions to help managers of the companies quickly develop plans to implement the contents of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management System into practice, bringing practical effects to work.
With the initial results obtained from the training course and the implementation in practice, the managers and leaders participating in the course have agreed that “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management is the method suitable for the conditions of Vietnam in general and for PC and CV companies in particular. This is the key to help the companies to increase productivity and develop sustainably, therefore, it is expected that the “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management System will be spread, replicated in the entire system of the companies.
With the desire to transfer the “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management System into the life for making a better life as the philosophy of the GKM Lean Institute, Dr Nguyen Dang Minh thanked the participants’ companions, contributing to the success of the course. At the same time, he also pledged that GKM Lean Institute will accompany the managers and leaders of the companies in implementing the Made in Vietnam” Lean Management System in the practical work to constantly improve the service quality of the companies.
