First of all, “lean” in the “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management System is not a reduction in payroll as many people understand, but a result of the quintessence and neatness. A lean system is not only neat but also creates elite, effective people.  With an elite and effective team,  productivity improvement and sustainable development is a certain.

That is one of the important ideas shared by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh with more than 70 senior leaders from 36 member enterprises of Viettel Group at the Seminar “Made in Vietnam Finest Management System towards productivity improvement and sustainable development” took place in the morning of November 15 at Viettel Academy (Viettel Academy).

This is a program of the chain of many professional internal training activities that take place continuously throughout the year of Viettel Group for its human resource.

The program is considered an “enlightening” sharing session  as at the first time the category of TAM THE – the heart pumping blood to success – is shared with the managers of Viettel. Through discussion and interaction, the sharing session brought an initial and new perspective, illuminating under the multidimensional viewpoint of the TAM THE from which each participant would find suitable ways to solve their own problems.

One of the interesting topics discussed at the seminar is the issue of “gaining a head start by taking a shortcut” in technology in which if we can’t obtain the real knowhow to master technology 100% and develop creativity, then this is similar to build houses without foundation.

Building up a high house that survive sustainably over time needs a solid foundation. The foundation of the house is not solid, it can be knocked out by wind at any time. Therefore, a business that chooses to embrace world technological achievements needs to master the core knowhow of the technology to be able to develop creatively and sustainably.

The foundation can only be built of the intellect and thinking of the people in each enterprise and that is the core knowhow to unlock all technologies. Once the personnel has lean thinking and good TAM THE all technologies and methods will be tools to increase productivity and develop a sustainable business.

That’s the reason why TAM THE  is considered the “heart pumping blood to success” in “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management.

Understanding the TAM THE, applying it into work and life,  creating lean methods for living and working is also “enlightening” for developing and enhancing human capacity as the viewpoint of HR development in Viettel.

The seminar closed with many smiles of participants and the suggestions for the answers for productivity improvement and sustainable development of which the solutions are existing within the intellect of People. And “Made in Vietnam” Finest Management  is a key to intellectual enlightenment, paving the way for productivity and efficiency but not cutting down payrolls as many people think.
