On October 12 and 19, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh, President of GKM Lean Management Institute and Dr. Nguyen Dang Toan cooperated with the Institute of International Linguistics ILACS (Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics) to co-organize the CEO program for VNPT Group in Vietnam. The program is organized with the desire to accompany VNPT to manage change with thinking methods suitable for the volatile telecommunications and digital business industries.
Made in Vietnam Lean Change Management is a method for Vietnamese people, researched by the GKM Lean Management Institute based on the changing practice of Vietnamese people, Vietnamese businesses, and Vietnamese society.
For effective Change Management, it must first start from managing the change points in the business. The points of change can come from people, strategies, machines and equipment…etc. From those points of change, if the organization does not manage effectively, it will most likely lead the business in an unfavorable direction.
VNPT Vietnam with a long history has also gone through many changes, good and bad, so the students who are senior leaders of VNPT Vietnam have deeply understood the meaning of management of the changes.

The trainees who are leaders of VNPT Group have all learned meaningful lessons to bring back to implement at the unit and even at the family of each CEO participating in the course.
