GKM GROUP Operational Achievements 2025

GKM GROUP LOOKS BACK AT 2025, CONTINUES TO MOVE FORWARD IN 2026

PREFACE

2025 marks a historic milestone, commemorating the 10th anniversary of GKM’s founding and the 32 year journey of persistently building and demonstrating the Made in Vietnam Gene System (GKM) by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, affirming the universality of this Gene System. In the context of global management reaching the limits of technocratic thinking and Vietnamese businesses continuing to overcome the trap of outsourcing, GKM Group has made a strategic shift from “Training and Consulting” to “Investing in Finest Management Technology (MIV)”. This platform not only provides “technology to shift thinking” to solve complex internal management problems but also serves as a fundamental foundation for Vietnamese businesses to “take another step” into R&D and master the value chain.

The past year has been a year of intense verification. Recognition from Japanese practitioners, scholars, and experts regarding the Bilateral Cooperation Model 2.0, along with evidence of human resource transformation at key MBV enterprises such as Bao Minh, AMECC, Thieu Do, Windtech, etc., has affirmed that Tam The is the “heart that nourishes” a solid and powerful era of development. Looking towards 2026, GKM Group continues to build and support the MBV chains, transforming national pride into tangible values and further expanding internationally…

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

“Dear Managers,

GKM has traversed 32 years of development and 10 years of proven results. The foundation is solid, the ‘Made in Vietnam Creative Gene System’ is deeply ingrained, and the finest Made by Vietnam products and services are gradually emerging with pride and confidence.
2026 is not the year to ask “how”, but the year to answer the question “how high can we reach?”. With 9 consistent strategic goals, GKM Group is undergoing a powerful transformation to replicate value and lead MIV Finest Managers in our grand mission. Our mission now is to spread the Good Tam The, the excellence of the MIV Finest Management, and the quintessence of Vietnamese Craftsmanship, along with the finest Vietnamese products and services, across the world map.

Tran Tam The!

President of GKM GROUP & MBV INTERNATIONAL
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh

I. GKM FINEST MANAGEMENT

The GKM Finest Management Institute (GKM FINEST) plays a pivotal role in the research, development, training, consulting, and transfer of Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology Capital (MIV) of GKM GROUP.

GKM FINEST’s strategic mission is to build a solid governance foundation for Vietnamese businesses in this era of growth. Through investment in knowledge capital and management technology, GKM FINEST helps organizations overcome strategic paralysis, resolve internal conflicts of purpose, and mend international governance gaps. The ultimate goal is to achieve “Excellence and Efficiency” in operations, creating products and services with national brands Made by Vietnam.

I.1. Long-term investment in the transfer of MIV Finest Management Technology and GKM copyright to Vietnamese and Japanese businesses.

GKM FINEST has made a strategic shift from a training and consulting model to a role as a management technology capital investor. MIV Management Technology Capital is identified as an invaluable resource capable of leading and optimizing financial capital and technical capital. GKM’s difference lies in its commitment to long-term, even indefinite, partnership to thoroughly address intangible waste through the MIV Finest Management Gene System.

I.1.1. Investing in Building Internal Capacity in the Heavy Industry Sector (AMECC)

At AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company, GKM directly served as director of the project, focusing on “creating a ‘university level’ environment at AMECC.” The core of the transfer was Tam The Management (Gene 1), helping the leadership team identify and overcome wasteful management decisions from the past based on the Five True Values framework. As a result, the “Management Tam The” has permeated every production shift, helping AMECC reduce waste and move towards increasingly superior capabilities. Notably, the cross-generational management education model for over 80 children of AMECC employees is a testament to the project’s long term vision.

I.1.2. Investment in Technology Export to Japan (Betoya Japan)

The collaboration project with Betoya Japan restaurant chain (signed September 30, 2025) marks a strategic step in exporting the MIV Global Management Technology to the world. GKM International invests in proprietary technology to build excellence in all its personnel, from the CEO to the kitchen staff. Betoya’s managers believe that MIV Global Management Technology offers a different depth compared to Western management theories, helping to overcome the barrier of ego and foster a culture of mutual support. Betoya is positioned not only to sell food but also to sell the essence of Vietnamese culture to international friends.

I.1.3. Investment in Transformation within the Healthcare and Services Sector (Hong Ha/Tam A Hospital)A)

In the healthcare sector, GKM invests in building the MIV Finest Hospital Management model, focusing on improving service at Tam The and optimizing medical examination and treatment processes. Through guiding “Finest Doctor” dissertations in practice, GKM builds a solid theoretical foundation for purely Vietnamese healthcare management. At Hong Ha Hospital, the Tam The of “doing things genuinely, completely, and responsibly” has been thoroughly applied in quality control and pharmaceuticals, helping the medical team find a path to realizing the aspirations for the development of the country’s healthcare system.

I.2. Effectiveness and Efficiency in Consulting Projects: Transfering the MIV Finest Management Technology

In 2025, the universality and effectiveness of the MIV Finest Management Technology will continue to be affirmed through a series of real projects. Each successful application by a business is “living proof” that Tam The is the “heart that nourishes success.”

At Windtech Vietnam (Mechanical Engineering sector), strengthening Tam The enables a manager to handle five times the workload previously due to enhanced overall capabilities. At Catalan (tiles), the Chairman of the Board affirms that investing in management technology capital is paramount to reducing intangible waste.

Thieu Do Company (textile and garment industry) is striving to affirm the quality of its suit industry by strengthening the MIV Finest Thinking Way in operations, enabling each employee to proactively improve their work so that the system becomes more flexible and efficient.

The story of Bao Minh Confectionery (food manufacturing industry) is a prime example of transformation. From a workforce with little experience in management, MIV Technology transformed them into “managers within their own work,” connecting them through the multiplication of strength rather than simple addition, enabling Bao Minh’s rice cakes to gradually conquer the international market.

During the ceremony to receive the Vietnam Record (for the enterprise producing the most diverse range of traditional confectionery products in terms of types and flavors in Vietnam), Production Director Mai Dinh Luc stated, “To ensure the increasingly solid development of Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company, in the last three years, the Board of Directors has made a wise decision to invest in the MIV Finest Management Technology. All employees in the company have learned and applied this technology to their daily work, aiming to improve the quality of products and services. Bao Minh Company has learned and applied the MIV Finest Management Technology , an intellectual product of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Chairman of the GKM Finest Management Institute.”

The Board of Directors of Bao Minh Confectionery Company expresses gratitude on Vietnam Teacher Day to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh (Image: GKM)

The success of these projects demonstrates GKM FINEST’s philosophy: Before investing in technology, machinery, equipment, software, AI, etc., businesses need a proper GKM Pure Vietnamese Management Gene System to shift the Tam The of all members towards a common direction, ensuring harmonious development according to the Five True Values

I.3. The Made in Vietnam Finest CEO Program: Breaking through the ceiling of thinking, creating self-reliant businesses.

The Made in Vietnam Finest CEO (MIV) program is not simply a course on in-depth management skills training but a journey to rebuild the Tam The and attitude of leadership. In 2025, with continuous course launches (K60 to K66), the program affirms its position as the “heart nurturing success” of the MBV ecosystem.

Breaking the boundaries of thinking with a Vietnamese Tam The and management philosophy

The program places Tam The as the foundation supporting the entire management system. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh emphasized that Tam The is a “ritual of inner renewal,” helping leaders find peace and clarity in the complexities of work. Tam The clarity compels CEOs to commit to “Doing the Right Thing,” clearly defining the Five Values in each decision to build a solid and thriving organization. Simultaneously, this also serves as a foundation for “passing on the legacy” to the next generation, helping to resolve conflicts within the business family.

Towards a National Level Strategic and Solution

Alongside Gene 1 (Tam The), the Gene 2 (Finest Thinking) and Gene 3 (Problem-Solving Science) transfer programs help businesses implement the “Taking Another Step” philosophy: Solid in outsourcing but boldly venturing into R&D and mastering product development. The program attracts leaders from across the Five Sectors (Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, Healthcare, and other economic fields), especially the 63rd cohort dedicated to rice entrepreneurs in the Mekong Delta, working together to elevate the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.

I.4. Research and Transformation of Vietnamese Cultural Heritage into Elite Management Technology and MBV Products

GKM FINEST defines its Research and Development (R&D) journey not simply as seeking new technologies from the outside, but as a journey through space and time to return to its roots. The company implements a “Learning from the Past to Understand the Present” strategy to decipher the age-old cultural values of the nation based on the GKM Gene System, distilling them into the most valuable materials to create finest MBV entrepreneurs and a world class Five Core Sector Product ecosystem.

I.4.1. MBV Entrepreneurial Profile Creation Service from Heritage Roots

In 2025, GKM FINEST realized the transfer of cultural knowledge into management through journeys to rediscover the roots of consciousness. There, entrepreneurs not only visited historical sites but also truly rediscovered their own fundamental operating systems to apply to the modern marketplace.

The most significant event was the Ceremony of Gratitude to Saint Chu Dong Tu, held on October 12, 2025. In this sacred space, the GKM business community engaged in a profound dialogue with the past. Standing before the spirit of the patron saint of business, the leaders deeply understood the lesson of self-reliance, starting from nothing but building a great empire through willpower and creativity.

More importantly, GKM has helped Vietnamese entrepreneurs recognize that the soft power of the Vietnamese people lies in their solidarity and compassion. It is from this foundation that entrepreneurs find the key to Tam The Management to resolve conflicts of interest in peacetime, shifting their thinking from competition to consensus and creation, using the Five True Values as a benchmark for the sustainable development of their businesses.

I.4.2. Developing High Class Product Ecosystem based on the Five Core Sectors of Convergence

From the transformation in human consciousness, GKM FINEST moves on to the stage of infusing cultural spirit into material things, transforming local resources into exquisite MBV works through the synergistic mechanism of Five Core Sectors: Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, and Healthcare.

MBV Key Tourism Conference “Highland Heritage” with the participation of MBV CEOs (Image: GKM)

A vivid example of this strategy is the success of the MBV Key Tourism Conference “Highland Heritage” in November 2025. GKM does not create a typical tour but designs an experiential product focusing on cultural space and historical time. Visitors to the Vi Xuyen Cemetery or the Hmong King’s Palace not only admire the scenery but also experience the heroism of the nation’s history, thereby receiving a profound educational lesson about patriotism. At the traditional houses of Nam Dam, visitors understand the strong will to survive of the local people, and thus appreciate the clean agricultural products made from the Hmong stone.

Similarly, the story of Bao Minh Rice Cakes is a prime example of inheriting the culinary essence of Trang An (ancient Vietnam) for thousands of years, but produced using modern management technology to become a cultural ambassador. In this way, GKM FINEST is realizing a future where Vietnamese products position themselves through cultural depth and uniqueness, an invaluable asset that no competitor can replicate.

I.5. Fourth Reprint of the Book “Finest Management in Vietnam | The Road to Success”: Affirming Vietnam’s Academic Position on the International Stage.

The year 2025 marks another significant academic milestone with the 4th edition of the book “Finest Management in Vietnam: The Road to Success”. This is considered a pioneering work establishing a foundational philosophical and methodological system for the MIV Finest Management Technology, thereby demonstrating that Vietnam possesses a completely independent management technology, derived from its own internal practices and not copied from abroad.

The book’s influence has extended beyond national borders, not only being widely featured on National Assembly Television but also becoming a reference document at Japanese universities, affirming the international value of Vietnamese knowledge. In particular, the latest edition has updated vivid practical examples, notably the successful transformation stories of many businesses, thereby confirming the absolute effectiveness of the theory when applied to business life.

II. GKM INTERNATIONAL

GKM INTERNATIONAL đảm nhận sứ mệnh chiến lược là cầu nối học thuật và thương mại, đưa Công nghệ Quản Trị Tinh Gọn Made in Vietnam (QTTG MIV) vươn ra biển lớn. Đơn vị không chỉ dừng lại ở việc hội nhập, mà hướng tới việc định vị tri thức quản trị do người Việt kiến tạo trên bản đồ học thuật quốc tế, đối thoại bình đẳng với những nền quản trị tiên tiến nhất. GKM INTERNATIONAL undertakes the strategic mission of bridging academia and commerce, bringing  the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Technology (MIV) to the global market. The organization aims not only for integration but also to position Vietnamese’s management knowledge on the international academic map, engaging in equal dialogue with the most advanced management systems.

II.1. Affirming Academic Position and Knowledge Transfer at the International School

October 2025 marks a historic milestone as GKM INTERNATIONAL launches a series of key academic events in Japan. For the first time, a Vietnamese management technology will be presented and recognized directly by Japanese management elites, particularly experts and former leaders from Toyota Group, the “father” of the Toyota Production System (TPS).

II.1.1. A historic dialogue at the ESD21 Forum: “From TPS to GKM”

At the Japan Sustainable Production and Human Resources Support Association (ESD21) forum on October 6, 2025, in Nagoya, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh appeared as the keynote speaker before an audience of professors and former senior leaders of Toyota. ((終了)2025年10月6日(月) ESD21/ベトナム交流記念フォーラム「ベトナムの飛翔」~TPS/リーンとICTの知恵で、新しい未来を共に描く~ – お知らせ)

The presentation titled “From TPS to GKM” resonated strongly when analyzing the limitations of current technocratic solutions in Japan and the world. GKM introduced the MIV (Ministry of Governance) theory as a solution to global “governance disruptions.” This event marked symbolic interactions.

The former head of Toyota’s design division expressed surprise and raised serious questions about how GKM managed to persuade CEOs to participate in the change process, which is a major challenge in Japan.

Experienced TPS experts engaged in a lively discussion about the Five True Values philosophy and the essence of Tam The. They acknowledged that, for TPS to operate effectively, it requires a foundational Tam The (Gene 1) that GKM is providing.

This is the clearest evidence that the MIV Finest Management Technology is not just a local methodology, but a fundamental solution, compelling enough even to those deeply ingrained in Toyota’s philosophy.

II.1.2. Keynote at the JASBS Conference: Solutions for Steady Growth

Previously, on October 3, 2025, at the 45th National Conference of the Japan Association for Small and Medium Business Studies (JASBS), GKM INTERNATIONAL further affirmed its academic standing. (日本中小企業学会第45回全国大会)

After years of research, GKM has identified inconsistencies in the application of TPS outside of Japan and positioned the GKM Finest Management Theory & Technology as an essential foundation. The message highly valued by Japanese scholars is: When businesses base their operations on the GKM Management Gene (Tam The), TPS and other advanced management tools will be implemented more naturally and effectively.

II.1.3. Announcing the Collaboration Model 2.0 at Hollywood University Tokyo

Kicking off the series of events on October 1st, 2025, GKM INTERNATIONAL announced the “New International Business Collaboration 2.0” model. This model eliminates the outdated “teacher & student” relationship to establish equality: Vietnam contributes Tam The and elite human resources; Japan contributes technology and discipline. This argument received support and agreement from Dr. Nguyen Van Quy Hung (R&D expert, Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan), ushering in an era of solid bilateral cooperation.

Following the success of the academic events held in Tokyo and Nagoya (October 2025), the GKM Finest Management Institute organized an seminar in early November 2025 at its headquarters in Hanoi. The event featured prestigious Japanese scholars, including Professor Shinoda (Secretary General of the Vietnam Japan Friendship Association in Japan), Professor Kenichi Ohno, Professor Izumi Ohno, and CEO Vo Chi Nhan (Betoya Food Japan).

This seminar served to reinforce the practical application of the Collaboration 2.0 Model. Here, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and researchers clearly saw the practical effectiveness of applying the MIV Finest Management Technology in Vietnamese businesses, thereby gaining deeper insights into the implementation of this model in Japan and internationally…

II.2. Transfer and Export the MIV Finest Management  Technology to the World

To realize its goal of “strengthening international trade and investment,” GKM INTERNATIONAL has successfully implemented the export of management technology back to developed countries.

II.2.1. Exporting Technology to Japan (Betoya Japan)

The MIV Finest Management Technology Transfer Project for the Betoya Japan restaurant chain in Tokyo (会社情報– BETOYA FOODS ) is a historic testament to a Japanese enterprise’s pioneering adoption of Vietnamese management technology. The project’s goal was to “elevate all Betoya personnel to the highest possible level of excellence” through a Good Tam The. The managers there acknowledge that the MIV Finest Management Technology offers a distinct depth compared to local management theories, helping to awaken the inherent capabilities of their employees.

Betoya people simultaneously raised their hands when Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh asked: ‘Who will commit to accompanying us to change and become better?’ (Image: GKM).

II.2.2. Building the New International Business Collaboration 2.0 Model

GKM INTERNATIONAL officially initiates a new cooperation model, shifting the relationship from a “teacher & student” (one-way) to an “equal and solid partnership” (two-way).

Value exchange mechanism: Vietnam contributes its Tam The, Made in Vietnam Finest Management capabilities, and elite human resources; international partners contribute technology and global experience.

When Vietnamese businesses are reformed using the GKM method, they will gain a deep understanding of the compatibility of foreign management tools (such as 5S, Kaizen, QCD) and practice with powerful, equivalent, and more suitable Made in Vietnam Finest Management toolkits, helping to eliminate cultural barriers and retraining costs when collaborating internationally.

II.2.3. International Human Resource Training Cooperation

In the field of human resource development, GKM collaborates with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), THACO College, and TopRank (Japan) to implement a training program in automotive service. The difference is that trainees not only excel in professional skills but are also equipped with a professional work Tam The. This is a strategy to build “finest human capital” for deeper integration into the global value chain.

II.3. Connecting Global Culture and Economy

GKM INTERNATIONAL identifies traditional cultural values as the foundation for economic growth. Cultural exchange activities are organized in conjunction with trade promotion to affirm Vietnamese identity.

For example, at a seminar with MIC Group (Japan) leaders in early 2025, GKM subtly incorporated purely Vietnamese artistic performances (such as the zither solo by artist The Vinh). The message was very clear: Vietnamese products and services reaching the world not only carry material value but also embody the essence of Vietnamese culture and character.

Không có mô tả ảnh.

Through academic collaboration, technology transfer, and cultural exchange, GKM INTERNATIONAL is building a solid foundation for MIV International to become a “common gene,” connecting Vietnamese businesses with the international community on an equal footing and jointly creating value.

III. GKM FINEST EDUCATION

Throughout its 32 year development journey and 10 years of proving the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Gene System of GKM Group, GKM Finest Education (GKM EDU) is positioned not simply as a training unit, but as the made in vietnam finest education technology Transfer Center (GDTG MIV), a place that builds human resources as foundational capital for the sustainable development strategies of families, organizations, and society.

From that foundation, 2025 marks a pivotal milestone in GKM EDU’s development journey: a year of establishing the Five True Values and Five True Standards through empirical evidence. Through educational programs closely linked to real situations, GKM EDU is addressing a major challenge of modern education, developing holistic competencies for individuals, encompassing Good Tam The × competence in the MIV Finest Management Technology (MIV) × Quintessence of Vietnamese Craftsmanship, not only for students but also for teachers, parents, and future managers.

Building upon the proven foundation established in 2025, GKM EDU enters a phase of replication and dissemination in 2026, synchronizing its proven core competencies with the dynamic needs of reality. This is not merely a necessary shift in scale, but a constructive step forward, realizing the philosophy of “Learn × Understand × Apply,” and spreading the MIV Finest Education widely and sustainably throughout society.

III.1. Finest Management Education Solutions for Businesses and Organizations

Finest Management Education Program at AMECC JSC

On its first outreach axis, GKM EDU focuses on deploying Finest Management Education solutions for MBV enterprises and organizations, with the aim of transforming enterprises into a “second educational space,” where education accompanies production and business in caring for people, fostering succession, and building a solid foundation for employee welfare.

A key highlight of this pillar is the “Multi spatial, Cross generational” model, which helps education move beyond the confines of schools to directly connect with real situations and the practical operations of businesses. In 2025, this model marked a significant milestone at our partner company, AMECC: the formation of a generation of “Young Managers,” where promising young managers are nurtured early on, opening up a sustainable line of succession for businesses and society in the future.

III.2. Developing effective Finest Management Education programs for high school students.

If the corporate pillar is where the seeds of succession are sown, then high school students are the focus of GKM EDU’s human resource development in 2025.

III.2.1. 2025 Summer Finest Management Education Program

In the summer of 2025, GKM EDU’s Finest Management Education program at Ocean Park and Hoang Quoc Viet will continue to affirm their role as unique educational spaces where students are nurtured with good Tam The, strong moral character, and gradually develop self management skills based on the MIV Finest Education Technology.

From that foundation of Tam The, students are guided into real work experiences. Under the guidance of the GKM EDU faculty, they gradually understand what “real learning × real doing” means, learn to define output standards for their work, and apply what they learn to create practical value in family life. These subtle but persistent transformations have become a clear hallmark of the 2025 Summer Finest Management Education Program and have received strong recognition from parents and the business community.

III.2.2. Finest Management Education Program during the academic year

Alongside specialized programs, throughout the 2025 academic year, the MIV Finest Education Technology will continue to be implemented by GKM EDU as a sustained stream, supplementing and enhancing students’ capabilities from primary to high school after regular school hours. These programs are organized across multiple locations in Hanoi, forming an educational space that supports schools in developing finest individuals.

With its individualized, Finest Management training method tailored to each student, the program helps learners strengthen their foundations as good people while simultaneously developing effective thinking and action skills. Despite the short training duration, the MIV Finest Education Technology demonstrates practical effectiveness through the positive changes seen after each lesson, from awareness and attitude to self management and goal oriented action.

III.2.3. The “Learning Finest Management × Living Finest Lifestyle” Program for high school students and university students.

At a higher level of the educational journey, in 2025, GKM EDU will continue to implement the “Learning Finest Management × Living Finest Lifestyle” program for high school students and college/university students, as an open learning space where management knowledge is directly tested in real life situations.

Through experiential trips to traditional craft villages, historical sites, and businesses with real products and services, learners are placed in vivid contexts to observe, analyze, evaluate, and develop managerial decision making skills.

III.3. Children’s Career Development Solutions for Parents

If schools and society are training environments, then the family is the most fundamental and enduring educational space. Recognizing this, 2025 marks a significant step for the GKM Finest Education Institute in deeply integrating the MIV Finest Management Technology and the MIV Finest Education Technology into family education.

Through its training course for parents themed “Developing Children’s Careers on the Foundation of the MIV Finest Management & Education Technology,” the GKM Finest Education Institute is gradually affirming the role of parents as “First Managers” in the journey of developing their children’s capabilities. Beyond theory, a highlight of 2025 is hands on implementation right at home, following the spirit of “Real Learning x Real Doing x Real Changing”, from implementing 5S MIV living spaces and establishing routines to building children’s self reliance.

Looking back on this journey, the GKM Finest Education Institute is not only training parents, but is also gradually building a streamlined, practical, and sustainable family education ecosystem, laying the foundation for the long term development of the young generation of Vietnam.

Looking ahead to 2026, the GKM Finest Education Institute identifies the family as the central educational space, continuing to strongly develop programs for parents and children right in the home, integrating GKM’s “Finest Genes” into daily life, from space and routines to Tam The and attitude.

III.4. GKM EDU partners with GKM Finest: Instilling cultural values in the entrepreneurial journey of MBV

In terms of entrepreneur development, GKM EDU recognizes that for Vietnamese entrepreneurs to grow steady in the context of deep integration, modern management knowledge must be grounded in a deeper foundation: culture and national Tam The. With this in mind, in 2025, GKM EDU partnered with GKM Finest and GKM Home to integrate traditional cultural values into the MBV entrepreneur training program.

The journey to the temples of Saint Chu Dong Tu and Tien Dung in the MIV Finest CEO program has become a special educational milestone, where entrepreneurs not only learn modern management but also connect deeply with the depth of national culture. In addition, cultural tours for the MBV business delegation of doctors to the Saint Giong Temple and the Co Loa historical site further affirm that history is not just a story of the past, but a source of inspiration for leadership thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to serve society.

Looking back at 2025, these activities have contributed to affirming GKM EDU’s consistent direction within the GKM Group ecosystem: education not only imparts knowledge, but also cultivates Tam The and character. Integrating traditional culture into entrepreneur training is how GKM develops MIV Finest Manager who grow harmoniously between modern management capabilities and the depth of national culture, a foundation for steady growth.

II.5. III.2. Technology Transfer and Upgrading of the School System

Based on GKM Group’s mission: “Continuously improve added values for individuals, businesses, organizations, countries, and humanity through the GKM’s Made in Vietnam and Made by Vietnam products and services.” GKM EDU implements the Technology Transfer and School System Upgrade pillar in accordance with GKM’s “technology approach”: not merely introducing a curriculum, but transferring part or all of the copyrighted technology to help schools build comprehensive capabilities in an era of growth. The core of the transfer is “going to the roots”: building a finest, efficient educational organization; minimizing tangible and intangible waste in teaching and school management; and creating a standardized, measurable educational environment that sustainably improves output quality over time. Accordingly, GKM EDU’s transfer is not about “transferring materials”, it is about transferring philosophy, methods, and the school operating system.

The key strategy for 2026 is the Transfer of Finest Education Programs, focusing on primary education and in depth project modules for secondary and high schools, packaged according to MIV standards for scaled implementation while preserving educational and managerial genes. The spirit of implementation is consistent with GKM’s transfer projects: technology transfer means infusing the genetic makeup into individuals and organizations, thereby gradually building a solid foundation, increasing productivity, enhancing capabilities, and continuously raising standards. In education, this is realized through the synchronized transfer of training materials, training methods, training philosophy, and the MIV Finest Management Technology  system applied to educational institutions. Schools do not only “learn a program”; they receive an “operating system” that enables execution from organizing classes and subject departments, to managing goals, quality, people, data, and continuous improvement. Everything has standards to do it right, mechanisms to sustain it, and measurements to produce real results.

To ensure truly effective and sustainable transfer, GKM EDU identifies enhancing the overall capacity of teachers and school leaders as its central goal. In GKM’s technology, transformation is only sustainable when people are built from the ground up and the organization is upgraded from the foundation; when the team is aligned on a common platform, the school will operate through multiplication, creating cohesion and mutual support to raise standards. Therefore, teacher training is considered central to building finest individuals.

GKM EDU is implementing the Finest Science  of Educate Program (Level 1) for the faculty of THACO College as an activity to upgrade the competence of “teachers” in line with the GKM spirit: to improve the quality of training, the competence of the faculty must be upgraded, so that lecturers teach and implement simultaneously according to a unified methodological foundation. The focus is not only on teaching techniques, but on “training to operate”: unifying the philosophy, unifying teaching methods, unifying implementation methods, unifying assessment standards, thereby creating real transformation in daily teaching work. This is a model that GKM EDU will replicate in the general education system when it implements the transfer in 2026: upgrading people first, aligning the faculty, then expanding the program, and maintaining standards when implementing on a large scale. (Image: GKM)

II.6. R&D Ecosystem and Higher Education Linkages

To ensure the solid development of its two pillars (Finest training and technology transfer), GKM EDU maintains its R&D ecosystem and higher education linkages as a “standard-building mechanism,” consistent with GKM’s strategy: continuously developing management capacity for the community while imprinting Vietnamese academic theories on the international academic stage, based on the MIV Finest Management Technology and Finest Education Technology. According to this structure, R&D is not a separate activity from practice; R&D is a mechanism of “going from the field → creating knowledge → packaging standards → returning to serve implementation,” so that when scaled up, the technology is not distorted and the results are verifiable. In other words, GKM EDU’s R&D is tasked with creating transferable “technological assets”: project modules by field; implementation standards; measurement and evaluation tools; real-world casebooks, etc. To ensure the entire partner system operates correctly and continuously improves standards in a refined and efficient manner.

Based on that foundation, GKM EDU strongly develops linkage mechanisms among colleges, universities, and postgraduate programs to ensure continuity of thinking skills and competencies from primary school to higher education, while expanding international dissemination in accordance with the “GKM standard”: welcoming international research and proactively creating an environment for scholars to come to Vietnam to “work” on projects, with the same data, in the same field, using MBV and MIV technologies. This orientation aligns with the Go Global strategy: building international “anchors” (such as GKM Japan) and operating as an international academic research hub on the MIV Finest Management Technology and the MIV Finest Education Technology. Building upon that hub, GKM EDU has developed the “Visiting Scholar/Visiting PhD” model to attract international PhDs and researchers to co.implement projects, co.organize training and methodology workshops, co-mentor field teams, co.build casebooks, and co.publish results. The overarching principle is simple: conferences should not stop at eloquent speeches, they must go down to the project, gather data, improve, standardize, and then return to serve technology transfer.

In the high-level ecosystem, typical collaborative models (such as the training cooperation at THACO College according to international standards, linking Vietnam and Japan) are considered the “academic field” and “real data source” for the R&D system to continuously package and upgrade: from training organization methods, methods of managing instructor competence, to output assessment standards and quality maintenance mechanisms. This forms a closed, finest training cycle: from fieldwork → knowledge → packaging into tools/standards → widespread adoption → further standardization. This is the foundation for GKM EDU to both sustainably expand its reach in 2026 and beyond, while legitimately integrating into international academics, making Made in Vietnam technology a pillar in education, training, and human development.

IV. MBV INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE

The presence of the MBV International GKM GROUP Building , a space for networking, exhibitions, and community activities for MBV entrepreneurs, officially marks a new stage of maturity for MBV INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE in 2025.

Beyond being just a physical space or a typical business association, the Alliance brings together key businesses within the GKM Group ecosystem, operating unified on the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Gene System. This is a strategic mechanism to implement a long term vision: pooling resources, creating a closed value chain, and enhancing national strength, helping Vietnamese businesses confidently venture into the global market.

Coinciding with the 10th anniversary of GKM Vietnam’s establishment, the creation of a new “headquarters” has provided strong momentum for the Alliance’s breakthrough through three strategic priorities.

IV.1. Investing in the development of the ecosystem of MBV’s core products and services: Excellence and Class

The core objective of MBV Alliance is to help member businesses escape the “outsourcing trap” through a “closed loop” Tam The and an “inter industry support” mechanism. This strategy has been strongly launched following a historic event in 2025.

Strategic Milestone: MBV Summit in Nha Trang (June 2025) Considered a “Strategic Declaration in the Era of National Empowerment,” the summit, held on June 8, 2025 at Amiana Resort (Nha Trang), brought together nearly 100 key business leaders from the North, Central, and South of Vietnam. This event not only celebrated 10 years of the GKM journey but also established the “Five Core Sectors” model, a synergy of 5 sectors: Education, Industry, Agriculture, Tourism, and Healthcare. Here, the spirit of mutual support was strongly affirmed: MBV businesses are no longer isolated but closely linked to jointly build self reliant internal strength.

Starting with Nha Trang as the “trigger,” specific activities within the ecosystem have been implemented simultaneously and extensively:

Key Industries Sector: Continuing the spirit of collaboration, at the FBC ASEAN Exhibition (September 2025), the joint booth of MBV enterprises (AMECC, Windtech, Farmila, SSP Moulding…) created a great impact, affirming the message of technological self-reliance in R&D instead of just pure processing.

Tourism & Service Sector: Inheriting inspiration from Amiana Resort’s management model, the MBV Key Tourism Workshop (November 2025) with the theme “Highland Heritage Tourism” was created. The goal is to create exquisite tourism products and address the “lack of family connection” pain point for Vietnamese entrepreneurs

Agriculture Sector: The MIV Finest CEO Training Course (K63) for the Mekong Delta rice industry is being implemented to enhance the true value of Vietnamese rice and help agricultural products compete through intelligent management.

Vision 2026: MBV Alliance will continue to expand its multi scale “Supporting” model across all three regions, increasing the number of members with synchronized Tam The to complete the domestic value chain.

IV.2. International connectivity and participation in the cultural industry development chain based on the Cooperation 2.0 Model

MBV Alliance positions itself as a strategic trade gateway, utilizing the Made in Vietnam Gene System as a “passport” of capability for member businesses to participate in the global value chain. Unlike purely trade promotion activities, the Alliance focuses on establishing a new set of rules in international cooperation, where Vietnamese businesses are no longer low-cost subcontractors but high-class partners.

A key commercial milestone in 2025 is the activation of the “New International Business Collaboration 2.0 ” model (an activity already mentioned by GKM International) in the Japanese market. Through the forums GKM International participated in in Tokyo and Nagoya (October 2025), MBV Alliance established an equal B2B dialogue mechanism: Vietnamese businesses contribute capital in the form of Finest Management Tam The and Capabilities Made in Vietnam, while international partners contribute technology. This mechanism helps businesses within the Alliance raise the standards of their products and services to naturally meet stringent global standards, thereby opening up solid business cooperation opportunities, minimizing retraining costs, and eliminating cultural barriers in management.

Alongside market expansion, MBV is also focusing on building its entrepreneurial stature by connecting with national history and culture. The October 2025 Chu Dong Tu (Vietnamese Entrepreneurial Saint) Tribute Ceremony is not just an internal cultural event, but also a powerful event that strengthens the business community within the Alliance. This activity creates a unique business identity, ensuring that MBV’s products and services, when entering the global market, carry a proud cultural story, increasing intangible value and competitive advantage in international negotiations.

IV.3. Developing export markets for high class products and services globally.

The third focus is the commercialization of MBV products to the world. Unlike exporting raw materials, MBV Alliance aims for the export of high class products based on the Five True Standards (according to the MIV global technology).

Regarding the export goals of MBV products, Bao Minh Company and MBV Alliance are gradually bringing the exquisite Vietnamese green rice cakes to conquer demanding markets by thoroughly applying MIV’s International Trade Management Technology.

MBV Alliance is committed to activating the “Three Joys” (R&D, Production, Business) for its member enterprises, increasing the scale of exports of products imbued with Vietnamese knowledge and culture.

In conclusion, the growth of MBV International Alliance in 2025, supported by the historic event in Nha Trang, is vivid proof that Vietnamese businesses have the internal strength to rise to higher levels in the global value chain. Refusing to remain merely a manufacturing or fragmented entity, the Alliance has been building an independent economic position where businesses “support” each other with the glue of the MIV Finest Management Gene System.

Entering 2026, MBV Alliance remains steadfast in its mission to become a launching pad for national brands, making a significant contribution to the goal of helping Vietnam overcome the middle income trap and realize its aspiration for national strength and prosperity by 2045.

V. GKM HOMES

GKM HOMES is identified as the most humane piece in the MBV Alliance ecosystem, carrying the mission of instilling the Made in Vietnam Finest Management Gene System into the smallest “cell” of society: the family. The core goal of GKM HOMES is not just to create physical spaces, but to build an “operating system” for the family, helping members shift their thinking towards the same direction, achieving understanding, bonding, and harmony through the power of Tam The.

In 2025, GKM HOMES will focus on solidifying its philosophical foundation through synergy with GKM FINEST and GKM EDU, paving the way for the commercialization of lifestyle services in 2026.

V.1. Implementing the GKM’s Finest Management Tam The and Technology: From Business to Family

The year 2025 marks a significant leap in understanding: Tam The Management Technology is not just a tool for running a business, but the “golden key” to managing family happiness.

Through its entrepreneurship training programs (typically the Finest CEO MIV Course 65), GKM HOMES has demonstrated the universality of the GKM Gene System. After absorbing the management philosophy at GKM FINEST, entrepreneurs have brought the Tam The, Five True Values, and the MIV Finest Thinking way back to their homes. The result is a deep connection between generations, grandparents, parents, and children, reestablished, resolving internal conflicts and creating a harmonious and happy family atmosphere. This is the foundation for the Family Management Consulting service that GKM HOMES is developing.

V.2. The Foundation of Education: A Bridge to Creating an Finest Lifestyle

GKM HOMES’ strength in 2025 is directly bolstered by GKM EDU. The education of the next generation is not limited to schools but is designed to impact family life.

Journeys to the roots at Co Loa Citadel or Chu Dong Tu Temple have helped children understand lessons about filial piety and self reliance. When they understand the Five True Values, they will bring that good Tam The home, becoming dutiful and filial children.

Practical lessons such as students self-serving and washing/drying dishes at the Soc Son Waste to Energy Plant are not only survival skills but also cultivate a sense of responsibility and shared household chores. GKM HOMES believes that an elegant lifestyle begins with small, neat, organized, and responsible actions within one’s own living space.

V.3. Strategy 2026: Commercialization of Lifestyle Services and Cultural Experiences

Based on the firmly established thought process in 2025, GKM HOMES identifies 2026 as the time to “package and commercialize” its Life Management solutions, focusing on three key areas:

Living Space Management Services: GKM HOMES provides consulting packages for scientifically and intelligently organizing your home based on the Finest Management (MIV) principles, combined with commercial services that provide convenient tools and equipment for your home. The goal is to transform your home into a space that fosters positive energy and peace.

Practical Business and Culinary Model: In collaboration with businesses within the MBV ecosystem (such as Bao Minh), GKM HOMES will develop premium culinary and retail experience points. This will serve as both an outlet for high-quality Vietnamese agricultural products and a training ground for GKM EDU students to practice real business and sales skills.

Accommodation and Cultural Experiences: Developing accommodation models that bridge the gaps between businesses, families, and society. GKM HOMES creates spaces rich in Vietnamese culture, where international tourists can connect with the national spirit, and Vietnamese families can find bonding through educational tourism rather than purely pleasure-seeking travel.

In summary, GKM HOMES is gradually realizing its mission of synchronizing Tam The between the workplace and living spaces. We transform dry management philosophies into an elegant and emotionally rich lifestyle, creating genuine and lasting added value for every Vietnamese home.

BUILDING 2026

Looking back at the journey towards 2025, GKM GROUP is proud to have completed the fundamental pieces to shape a synchronized and comprehensive Made in Vietnam Innovation Ecosystem. From the pillar of academic research (GKM FINEST), the international academic network (GKM INTERNATIONAL), the intergenerational education system (GKM EDU), to the key business alliance (MBV ALLIANCE) and its integration into the family unit (GKM HOMES); all operate on the foundation of the Made in Vietnam Innovation Gene System.

The journey ahead in 2026 is not just the story of GKM GROUP alone. It is a call to action to the business community, managers, educators, and international partners who share the same “Tam The”: Let’s join forces, support each other, and create together. Together, we will build a self-reliant economy where Made by Vietnam businesses thrive through intelligent management, cultural identity, and products and services that constantly strive for even higher standards of excellence.
